I purchased the Strivectin neck and face cream just over a month ago from Boots after checking their positive custormer reviews.
The neck cream is awful, not just because it does nothing to tighten the neck wrinkles as promised, but it just rolls off in balls when applying makeup and even if my clothing rubs against my neck without makeup, it still does the same.
When I was asked by Boots to review my recent purchases, they only posted my positive reviews, but have not posted my negative review for Strivectin neck cream, so make of that what you will!!

Bought the strivectin advanced tightening cream plus from their site in Oct, after over 3 months of use I see no changes! I deserve to be fully refunded as the product gives false promises.

The customer service is the best I have ever received from any other company. Frances sorted out my query so professionally and without delay. Keep up your excellent customer service as you are a credit to StriVectin. 10/10

I finally learned that you’ve got to give products the time to work. I was always one to use WAY too much and expected results over night. Unless it’s an instant item, you really need to give the product at least 30 days to know how you really feel about whether it works or not. Strivectin, I managed to avoid until recently when I found it sold so much cheaper, but you have to catch when they have it. I do wish it was at a price point where more women can enjoy it. It does deliver. ❤️

I got the eye firming serum and just like all the others I've tried before, this is no different. It leaves a dry residue you can see and feel and honestly made no difference. After spending almost £30 on this discounted small bottle, I'm thoroughly disappointed yet again. All this wasted money spent on eye creams etc, I may aswell have got an actual face lift!! Don't waste your money

I have spent a small fortune on wrinkle creams that dont work. These actually do. After a few weeks my wrinkles are definitely fading. It's expensive, i couldve had a facelift with the money ive spent on these products but i think it's worth it.

Overpriced product, expensive materials, does not work at all. I bought a roller at a discount on Ebay for neck wrinkles and the product does not work at all. However, applying pure prescription retinol to the wrinkles does work in getting rid of them

This is very expensive stuff that just doesn't work, they should not be allowed to sell any of this for such extortionate costs to the customer.

I have tried several products and have been happy with 90% of products

Products fit my needs, do what they say they will do, price is right, website is easy to navigate, delivery is timely--all reasons for me to keep coming back.

I love the products. It’s making my skin more smoother. No fines line no wrinkles and especially the 2 little bumps on my forehead it’s gone. Thank you strivectin

Love Strivectin, used it for years. A bit expensive, so I stock up when on sale

Absolutely shocking customer service hermes stole all the items from my parcel delivered an empty box when I complained about it all they do is send a automated response email do not shop with them if our parcels lost or stolen they do not care!!!!

products for tightening skin are good but don’t work exactly the way i want

I find Strivectin to be an effective product but not so aggressive to damage skin that is not as young as it once was.

I have developed a morning and an evening routine with StriVectin products. I love the products. I invested some money in their products. I think I own most of them. I am 68. My skin texture and color is so much better! Fine wrinkle lines have abated somewhat. The crepe control works miracles, especially the neck. A routine enables me to be pretty religious about my use. I've been using it for about 2 months now. I am still learning which combinations work best. I'll review again at 6 months. Delivery was swift. I was able to receive bonus products at a discount. I really like their products.

I like what I have, but recently I bought the face oil by accident because the package looks the same as the brightening serum.

Also, I bought a different face wash because I couldn’t find the one I had bought in the past. I wish I could easily see what I bought in the past without buying it on re-order.

Also, the one face wash doesn’t have a flip top lid. I find the the flip lids easier when used in the shower.

Appalling customer service . Parcel lost no response from strivectin. Really disappointed will never order from them again.

My order has been delayed with Hermes with no update on the status of my order for a week. I have tried to contact Strivectin multiple times. The first (and only!) response I had said I should try to get in touch with Hermes myself to see what's going on! It's impossible to get in touch with Hermes - they say that the sender needs to contact them. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call Strivectin but I am being ignored. This is really disappointing as surely it's a problem that could be easily rectified with some decent customer service!
