Good customer service. Great delivery as always. However, I purchased the item from them because in the picture it said a free string reel was to be included. I asked and they said this was out of date, bit disappointing as they should've updated this before. However they quickly took the image down upon request. Thanks.

Great as usual
As usual, a prompt dispatch of the package and quick delivery to Singapore. 5-7 days it takes. The prices have been stable over the years and even with the shipping cost included, it’s still difficult to beat their prices for most of the reels. All in all, great service.
