I am giving Strike my support & trust!

I have been following Jack Mallers for a while now. For a 30's something whipper snapper he seems to be well grounded, not afraid to call things as he sees them and to be the CEO of 2 corporations is quite an accomplishment.
I finally decided to dip my toe in the water and set up my Strike account. I hated the KYC nonsense but other than that it was quick & easy. Compared to other similar things I have done this was 12 out of a 10!
I set up the account and did nothing for a month or more. I got 1 or 2 emails to fund my account which were low key & zero pressure.
After listening to his YouTube podcast 4 or 5 times about how Jack personally uses the account and the Bitcoin Line Of Credit (BLOC) I decided to fund my account and take the next step. I linked 3 accounts in under 10 minutes no muss no fuss.
I transferred a small token amount and set up a daily DCA. So far it has been working lock clockwork.
I orange pilled wifey into BTC and I forwarded the same YT video to her. She watched it once and asked a load of questions. She watched it again and asked more questions. She watched it again and said she's ready!
I sent her a link. She decided to come here and look up Strike. She showed me and I was shocked that their ratings could be so horrible. I have a love hate relationship with these types of sites like Yelp etc. In my trade I have seen tons of glowing ads for companies that I know 100% are not true. I have seen companies/people absolutely trashed.
I can't speak to the negative comments. All I can say is that my experience with them to date has been smooth as silk.
I am taking a slow & steady approach that has been 100% so far.
I have reached out to the team via their chat/email system, and I have gotten responses in a timely manner.
I see no issues to date, and I will keep moving forward one step at a time. I will persuade wifey to dip her toe in for our personal finances and once we are satisfied, I want to get our corporate finances off the fiat trainwreck and on to a BTC standard.
If things go sideways, I will be back on here trashing away. I just do not see it.
I think JM is an honest, decent, principled man & wants to call BS on the system and create a better financial system/world.
I am willing to give him a shot. I KNOW for sure all of my other financial dealings with banks are beyond awful & disgusting & borderline criminal.

The only reason I am giving them a 1 is…

The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because it is the only way I can Wright a review. I would not advise anyone to deal with this company. I did and lost all my money due to a scam (OptionsXpress) . Not Strikes fault! But, after I informed them they canceled my account. And now I cannot get ahold of anybody to get my tax info needed to file my 2025 taxes. Such as 1099 DA. They are a terrible company. When you need help. I guess you can go to heck. Never again. Good luck if you deal with Strike.

My account was blocked

My account was blocked for a login event which was 5 months ago. And funny they informed me when I sold my bitcoin and wanted my money back to account.

Its really sketchy service, now my fund are blocked and with strike and I have no access.

Also in past when I opened account, tested it with small fund transfer it worked good.

When I contacted support, they say we are investigating.... investigating what 5 months ago login event when I was travelling? And why after 5 months? Why not at that time?

This is a fraudulent exchange…

This is a fraudulent exchange platforms, scammers are using them to make themselves look legitimate and these idiots have no security measures and with zero insurance. Guys don’t use them at all cost. I have been scammed large assets due to their ignorant practice like zero checking to the wallet address where the assets goes. Totally corrupted or trash platform designed one direction profit to the owner. No security

Experience was great until they blocked…

Experience was great until they blocked access to my funds out of nowhere without any notice or information months later. I was then (after multiple times trying to contact support) sharing my experience on Reddit where strike then banned me for sharing my experience. I even asked them in a comment to contact me to work things out, but nothing. They just ignore me in app support and on Reddit. They are withholding my money and I will contact my legal police and file a complaint as they don’t seem to give me access to my money. They are indeed as other comments also say "stealing" money from customers. I hope you will finally respond and work things out. I’ve send a last email with a 14 day deadline until filing complaints in my country and also Europe.

This might be the worst crypto app

This might be the worst crypto app. Do not use it. I tried to send 250 dollars to a crypto wallet, and now they're holding 2500 dollars of my funds because "I'm being targeted by a scam" The only scam here is Strike who's holding all of my money for 60 days!!! Its unbelievable. Just let me withdrawl what i put in.

Best in the business!

Strike has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. I had previously used Coinbase (yuck), Swan, CashApp, and River, but Strike has been a major upgrade. From the UX, the app, the services, the products, and the support, it is absolutely first class and I couldn’t recommend them more than I do. My wife and both of my parents are users as well. 10/10 and a total pleasure to do business with. Keep it up, Strike is the best in the game.

Strikes

I deposited my money dec. fourth. I sent some and the rest I ask for a refund. They said too do that I had to close my account which I did. I waited to hear about my refund. I was told that they had to hold my money for 60 days. No reason why even when ask.
They told me I had to have my bank reverse my deposit. They couldn’t do it at this stage. So Strike said my bank had to give them a letter saying they couldn’t. I did this as well. They told me the letter wasn’t good enough and they wouldn’t issue a refund. I think it’s illegal practice. I filed a complaint with Michigan consumer affairs and the district attorney.

Give me my money thieving bastards hiding behind fake claims of we are following regulations. Which regulations asked you to steal from your customers.

Horrible support team

Tried to create an account and the system auto disallowed my verification attempt, countless emails and follow ups to their support team to resubmit my id and get my account approved, so far over a week and no one has reached out to me. Will be setting up an account on a different exchange.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I transferred in thousands of dollars, and was going along just fine sending a couple hundred dollars now and then to a friend. One day I tried to send $1200, and Strike did not allow the transfer. I questioned them why? And the next day they closed my account. They have thousands of dollars of mine, and say it will take 60 days to refund me. These guys are amateurs and I would avoid.

frequently locked account

They keep locking my account after every 2-3 transactions and now are interrogating me and will not release my funds or unlock my account. I have been sending to sources I know and trust and STRIKE continues to lock my account for no reason. Their support was responding promptly until I mentioned the urgency of the matter and then they immediately stopped responding. Now I have to find a new platform for bitcoin trading and potentially file a theft claim as STRIKE is not releasing my money and at this time essentially stole roughly $2000 from me. At first I thought this would be a great platform to save on Bitcoin trading and even recommended it to others and now I regret ever doing so. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your Bitcoin needs elsewhere as this company cannot be trusted.

Excellent. A great resource for buying my regular bitcoin with more transparency and educational information than typical exchanges. Love that they are 100% all in on bitcoin.

Do Not Deal with

I recently closed my account with Strike, I had a relatively small weekly allotment go to them with BTC automatically being purchased upon receipt, this weekly payment I automated through my bank.
On the last payment Strike held the payment marking it as a potential scam. They sent me an email asking a few questions and at that point I thought fair enough, just doing some checks. They sent a further email asking me how I was going to spend my BTC and wanted me to upload a photo of my cold wallet and the receiving address. I responded telling them that was none of their concern or business and to promptly return the latest allotment back to my bank (which they did) and I got my BTC out of their quick and closed my account. Avoid like the Plague from my experience.

In response to the reply... What Rot!
