Collection of item

I collected a phono stage directly from Lee. He took the trouble to set it up for my proposed cartridge which was much appreciated.

Open and Honest retailer

It's not common these days to find a hi fi retailer that practices what they preach in honesty and fairness, Lee the owner has a great passion for the products that he sells with no pushy gimmicks or hard sell just open honest opinions on products that he strongly supports and stands behind, when it comes to putting a deal together Lee believes in a open fair approach to valuations of your trade in equipment which again great to see, again the fairness approach sines through I found Lee a joy to deal with and at all times Lee was prepared to go that extra mile. If you are in the market for new gear I would thoroughly recommend Strictly Stereo and Lee, give him a call you will be very happy with the results.
Thank you Lee

Great advice and support

I bought a miniDSP Flex from Lee after asking his advice on various matters outside my experience. He assured me he would help me after the purchase and he did that both by email and later by a tutorial session it was a fantastic session delivered in a well structured, professional and very enjoyable manner from someone who very obviously masters their field.

Great experience for hifi lovers

I purchased an Auralic Aries streamer from Strictly Stereo this week. Lee, the owner could not have been more hospitable, giving me plenty of time to listen to the equipment.
It was a trade in item, I paid what I'd researched these items are selling for and Lee had done the same. I think the service and overall condition of the item is something Strictly Stereo pride themselves on, this is a high end experience for those that love their music and their hifi equipment.
Deal with confidence.

Perfect online transaction

I made a small purchase online, and the product arrived next day, well packaged and in perfect condition.
I actually called before I ordered and the customer service was spot on too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Strictly Stereo again
