The shirt customization tool is confusing and doesn’t accurately represent the final result. While the design measurements are listed, enlarging the image makes it appear as though it covers the entire shirt, which is misleading. It’s difficult to understand how the design will actually look once printed.

If I select an XL shirt, the preview should clearly and accurately show how much of the fabric the design will cover. As it stands, there’s no reliable way to judge the final appearance, which makes the design process frustrating.

Superb, genuinely.

I would certainly avoid using this company, they are awful to deal with. I placed an order on a Sunday and realised I had made a mistake on the design, no live chat or support available. I promptly emailed them asking to cancel my order so I could rectify my mistake and reorder.
On Monday I contacted them straightaway to make sure they had received my request to cancel, I was subsequently told that I couldn’t cancel my order as it was being processed but they did admit that my items had not yet been printed, so why wasn’t I able to cancel? They claim that as soon as they receive the order and payment that they start work on producing the items straightaway, strange given that nobody was available for support on Sunday at the time of order. They also claim that they order the garments in that you order and can’t be cancelled, this I’d say they use as a poor excuse, a printing company that doesn’t hold garment stock but also claim to print and dispatch the same day? Pull the other one.
So don’t get caught out and god forbid you make a mistake with your design as there is no scope as a cooling off period or to cancel and even though they admitted that my items had not yet been printed they wouldn’t let me cancel my order and make changes and reorder, so not a company I will ever order from again and I recommend you also look elsewhere for a company who actually give a damn about your custom.

Been using Streetshirts for a while now mainly for my own personal projects, presents and bits and for our car club drives to various places as it’s nice to have a reminder of the drives. The service from SS is excellent and they provide a very quick service that is superb from the ease of design to the quality of the products to the quick postage times. Would highly recommend and I will keep using their services 👍🏼
