Used the firm for gig at the co-op Live, enroute, the gent couldn't have done enough for us, excellent service. Our return journey was non existent. Daughters back went off, they wanted us to walk to the Tesla Centre, which we couldn't manage,and had no idea how to get there, googled where that was managed to get poorly daughter 100 yards away from the driver, tried to explain to him she couldn't walk another 100 yards I needed him to pick us up just up the street. They were having none of it. They need to remember people who go to gigs aren't necessarily local!! Finally, a very caring taxi driver pulled over and asked if we needed assistance, he took us back to the hotel with minimal effort. Would not recommend if you're going to gigs at the coop live they wont pick you up from there.

What an amazing driver . This is rare but he had personality was interesting a good driver and a genuine decent guy !

Lovely young lad very polite and chatty

I ordered a taxi on the 24th March 2026 for a pickup at 6am to go to Manchester airport. At 6.10am i called the office of Street cars and was told that the taxi would arrive in 5/6 minutes. At 6.35 the taxi arrived and took me and two other people to the airport. Because of the late arrival of the taxi we missed our flight to London and also our connection flight to New York. British airways cancelled all our flights out and back and so we had to book new flights. This Company Street cars has cost me £2860 pounds.

Thank you for getting me to my christie appointment on time which was 9am in all that traffic and for prompt pick up coming home. The drivers where Kind and curtious thank you for your service

Booked a trip with Streetcars Airport who texted the day before to say it had been cancelled. No explanation.
Booked again and was allocated a non airport car with cash payment required.
Was picked up and then got messages to say a car was on its way, what is going on ? I hope my credit card hasn’t been charged.
The driver then dropped us off at the arrivals level not departures. Very inconvenient.

Was quoted £20-£30 when booking online but the driver charged £36 despite no traffic. Was also dropped off at airport arrivals rather than departures so had a short walk to our destination. Driver arrived early and was happy to wait which was good.

The method to book a return journey is too cumbersome, requiring the 3rd party hodpital to initiate a return collection. As a result I had a very long delay before collection - only being dropped at home after 5pm - after finishing my 3:30pm consultation with the dr. The trip from home to the hospital was also very difficult - the driver took a very complex route to the MRI hospital - accordingly I was late checking in and attending my appointment. Which was difficult.

From request less than 2 minutes to betaken to the car. Clean well maintained car and polite driver. Quick safe journey

Excellent service freindly and polite

The man on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The quote was generated electronically which gave me confidence. It was less than £5 more than the cheapest Uber so it was a no-brainer.
Our driver was with us inside 10 minutes, we were able to wait in the warm, dry terminal and he introduced himself when he arrived. He pushed my wife's suitcase to his car and loaded everything up for us.
His car was clean and smelled nice. He was friendly and chatty without being overbearing. He drove safely and within the speed limits.
He unloaded our bags at home and left after he made sure we got in. He gave us a cheery smile and wave.
