I had a refund request that was outside…
I had a refund request that was outside the standard refund period, and I wasn't expecting much. But the StreamYard support team took the time to understand my specific circumstances and handled my case with genuine care and flexibility.
They communicated with patience and warmth throughout, and even provided ARN numbers so I could follow up with my bank directly. I never felt like just a ticket number — I felt like my situation actually mattered to them.

When someone drops down from the panel…
When someone drops down from the panel the other members of the panel are unable to hear, and have to drop down and come back up. It disrupts the conversation. This happens every time I have a panel.
