When your Streamily order has a problem, you can expect Support to not only be unhelpful, but also to stop responding when they've decided they're done with you. There is no recourse no matter how politely you approach them or how many screenshots you send. They will repeatedly gaslight, sidestep, and refuse to directly answer your questions or even offer a simple apology for their mistakes.
For one particular print, the talent decided to charge $10 extra for "Signed on Stream." I also added the VIP membership to skip the line and guarantee my print would be signed on stream. Two streams later, my print was not signed on stream, and was in fact shipped and delivered to me without ever being streamed. Streamily informed me that there is NO guarantee of prints being signed on stream no matter what you do. The extra payment, VIP membership, Priority Upgrade, etc, do not guarantee it. They refused to refund these extra fees and support stopped responding to me. Their FAQ conflicts with this information, as the purchase page for VIP and the FAQ confirm that this service is intended to be a signed on stream guarantee.
For a second print, Streamily sent an email saying my print was between orders 1-300 (they later confirmed that I was queue #12) and would be signed in the next stream. FOUR streams later, it has not been signed, and Streamily is claiming that they never sent such an email so my order was certainly not within those numbers. I have the screenshots, and multiple people have had the same experience as me. The exact same customer support rep as before then told me "if you want it to be guaranteed signed on stream, you should buy priority." But you JUST told me last time that priority doesn't guarantee it? So which is it?
I've provided multiple accounts from multiple people to Streamily, with screenshots, showing that I am not the only person to have these issues. They continue to be unhelpful and will not stand behind their own policies. You are lucky to even receive a response to your problems via email. After weeks trying to go back and forth, I eventually just gave up. I could not reach any other person associated with Streamily for help and they would never even acknowledge the veracity of my issues.

The quality of the poster and autographs is great but I had an issue with the shipping of my order, I had to write twice asking for the status of it, and just when I sent the attached mails with the updates I had received of my order I was informed that there was an issue with the shipping address.

editing my review because I did finally receive my print from Andrew Wincott, but nearly seven months after I ordered it with no communication from Streamily themselves. They seem to be an honest business but they are extremely slow, so don’t buy a print as a gift for someone if you need it before a certain date!

I ordered a N print and payed for it to be signed on a livestream, and it wasn't. My sister, that I ordered it for, was very disappointed on her birthday. I had high hopes since I had ordered from them before.

I ordered 4 x prints from different talent doing signings all in the same week. I naively thought that the print would be signed on the day, sent off, and that would be that. However, multiple prints I've ordered have had issues (talent misspelling name so redoing it later only to forget to write my name, talent not signing on stream, talent delaying signing for a later stream [weeks later] only to run out of prints again, etc.).
One of my prints was lost in transit for a month and while Streamily was understanding in trying to get a replacement or offer a refund, they would take up to a week to respond each time.
Also extremely frustrating to pay such exorbitant postage prices per print rather than having the option to hold/post all prints in one go.
While I am happy with the prints I have received so far (3/4 of the prints), I am still waiting for one print I ordered at the end of May (and it is now August). Overall the whole experience has been more of a headache than it was worth and I don't think I will purchase again.

The concern that I had as a customer was taken reasonably. I was immediately listened to and read by AI messaging.
Then, it was referred to a human Customer Representative that followed up on my complaints.
I thank Streamily for granting our daughter her gift from Vox's Voice Actor. We're grateful!

PURCHASED 05/28 AND NOW WE ARE ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST! NEVER RECEIVED MY VIDEO FROM THE TALENT. THEY CLAIM THEY REFUNDED AND CANCELLED MY ORDER BUT IT'S A LIE. NEVER GOT A REFUND OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, ALL THEY DO IS IGNORE MY EMAIL AND MESSAGES AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 1 YEAR FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE THAT IS IF THEY EVEN DECIDE TO SEND IT. UPDATE--> WAS REFUNDED BUT STILL WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN IT TOOK ME SO MUCH EFFORT.

I wonder if the celebrities signing these products know they’re being used to scam money out of people. We ordered a signed Michael Kovach poster in May and have received nothing but empty promises from this company. Their responses are generic and have now stopped altogether. We paid $200 AUD, including the extras they recommended. Despite the copious amounts of negative feedback, they keep responding with the same empty ‘we’ll do better’ message, but clearly, they are not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! I feel for everyone who has been scammed by this dodgy company – Streamily.

Terrible customer service. They hide how to cancel your subscription and when you look at your order you can’t even tell that you actually signed up for it in the first place. They were charging for months when and I missed it on my credit card (my bad). Overall they are slow to ship and the service just isn’t worth it. Oh and don’t sign up for the subscription service they will screw you.
