Long wait to not get what I ordered

Ordered a print 5 months ago, after asking about it after two months I got the run-around about whether I would get I before having my order cancelled because one of the parties no longer signs for the service. Found out they had pre-signed prints still available, ordered that, finally got it minus the frame I ordered.

Very well! I just forgot I was gonna get this package. I was worried since I moved recently it’ll go straight to my old place but no! Glad that they given me a chance to change the address!!

Took months

Took months. Waited over 3 months to get the signed print. There was very little updates, wasn't very timely for replies and customer service was bad.
The only reason it's not 1 star is because the celebrity did a great job.

I love Streamily as a whole, everything I've ever ordered from them has been exactly what I've expected and they make me and my friends happy beyond words! I only rated four stars for this order because it took a while longer than usual to arrive, but other than that everything was perfect! ❤️

First time getting mulitple signatures

This was my first time getting a piece with multiple signatures. And despite the same signing date assigned to all three it took over a month to get them all done. Just a bit confused by that. Otherwise, no problems. Great shipping. End product looks amazing!

A pleased & repeat customer 🫶

I'm so happy with my many prints (unsure which one this review is tied to LOL)! Shipping/delivery may take a bit of time but communication is always helpful and the staff always seem proud of what they do - I would particularly like to mention "BL" and Alex. I don't see myself being able to attend any relevant cons until far in the future, so I'm grateful to have this option!

Disappointed

I got a signed print for my partner’s birthday. He prefers not to have his name on signed things, so I didn’t include a name. I was expecting just a signature and maybe a quote from the character but instead it was a phrase that felt very tongue-in-cheek. Like it was mocking my partner for not wanting to include a name. Maybe the actress didn’t mean it that way. Maybe it was meant as an innocent joke with no ill will. But my partner and I are disappointed with what was supposed to be a special gift of his favorite character. It feels ruined and I don’t know what to do about it. I feel like I threw over $150 down the drain.

You guys are very helpful and nice

You guys are very helpful and nice. But I would love to get more notifications for autographs. And I’m still waiting for my Jeremey Jordan Lucifer Morningstar autograph I ordered back in the Fall of 2025. I hope it arrives soon.
