I would give negative stars if that was an option!! I ordered a Christmas Cedar garland which was supposed to be very full and come in a set of two. It was the cheapest, straggliest, mangiest thing I have ever seen, and there was only one. To return this piece of cr@p seems near impossible. It was advertised as 17.99 for the two, by the time my Canadian money was changed to U.S. funds, taxes and shipping was added on it came to 50 bucks. What a waste of money and an expensive lesson! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Order my 10kg braclet and when i got It was 35grams. Just scam and bad people the support dont answere my question Eather

Horrible product and customer service
Product wasn't as described Wrong color and size than order Finally responded with multiple emails to return and get the product we ordered. They said that they would refund us $5 dollars out of $42 purchase and we could keep! Why would we do that...not the correct size or color we ordered. Now they won't respond Avoid this foreign scam

I would give zero stars if possible. The size charts on the products are incorrect and they refuse to refund money. A complete scam, do not order.

Your costumer service, warehouse staff, packaging Dept. and quality control staff are not doing their job right. Because they delivered a wrong product from a wrong company. I ordered an elephant eye bug remover cream from Korea and they delivered a fake product from China (Babbosow eye bug cream). I don't know what happen but I'm thinking they just want your money after you order and paid on line. I do not know how they operate but it's a big messed up on their part. I hope I will get my refund....So be WARNED !!

We ordered weed mat from strawmeans and 4 months later we have not received it and they refuse to refund. They say they sent and we received. Even sent us what looks like the shipping label. Says it was delivered to our mailbox. Weed mat won't fit in a mailbox for one. The tracking number is bogus. We have went to every shipping place and they have no clue what is with this tracking number. It was suppose to be our usps that delivered. They got tired of us going and we even took the picture of the shipping label strawmeans sent us. We have provided strawmeans with all of this information from the shippers and now they stopped responding. It's a scam. This has been a mess.

I had the exact same issue and will not allow returns or give refunds.

I absolutely would tell everyone to proceed with caution with this company. I purchased fabric rolls on May 05. The top of the page in red letters stated 3-5 business days from a local warehouse. They send you a tracking email that literally told me it left Ireland, went to CHINA and now is the United States. I asked SPECIFICALLY WHERE in the US and I got more of the same junk. The last email I received, quoting “The system might have some delay these days.“ I have asked for a refund and they ignore the request every time. Horrible horrible experience

This is a 100% scam. I ordered a 6'X300' roll of weed blocker. Was promised a 5-10 day turnaround. After 3 emails to them asking where my order was and excuse after excuse to include tariffs I just received my package in the MAILBOX. It was a 4'X4" piece of weed blocker. I have sent 2 emails without reply. I would not order a bottle of water from this outfit. .

After 6 weeks, Order not received. No customer service other than telling me to wait. Refusal to refund my money.

My impression is that fb orders are being scammed. Fb does nothing.

I would give it a zero if I could. Product is not what they advertised and they refused to refund. I am not just unhappy with the quality but the size of the product received is not what I ordered. Do NOT order from them! You will regret it!

Total scam and they go by different company names. The weed barrier is ordered was suppose to be 6ft ×300ft and I kid you not they sent me 3 small envelopes with a scrap 1×6 piece in each! After days of emailing back and forth they offered a $3 refund or I could send it back overseas. I decided I will take my loss and let everyone I can reach on all platforms know that they are a total scam.

Item never received. Received periodic emails allegedly showing their tracking oh the order. Received tracking email saying order in Transit on the 29th. A week later received an email saying or was delivered on the 22nd !!!??? I've sent two emails to their support email address but there has been no response. This has the appearance of being a total scam.

Bought garden fabric from them. Suppose to be a 6 ft x 300 ft rolls. I got 3 ft x 12 ft piece. Total scam. They offer me 3 dollars back. I responded that I want my money back or the product. They offered 5 bucks back. Ugh! Ad was on fb. Do not buy from them! Total scam!

The lowest I can give them is 1 star, if I had a lower option I would give that. I ordered and paid for 3 rolls of Weed Barrier Fabric measuring 6 ft x 300 ft. What I got was three small sheets of fabric in a clear plastic bag

Arrived neatly packaged after about three weeks. Quality was impressive for the affordable price paid, offering good support and comfort with soft lace material. Overall satisfied with this cost-effective purchase.

I ordered a 3 meter by 6 meter sunshade for $19.99. That is dollars. Nothing was said about a money conversion. I assume it was to British Pounds. That added another $5 or so to the cost. If the price is £19.99, than say it is in British Pounds. That is so very dishonest.

Than they sent a sunshade that is only 3 feet by 6 feet. That is only 1/9 the size as advertised. I am trying to get my money refunded, but I don’t have much hope I will be successful.
