I met StratNavApp founder Chris Fox through his strategy virtual meetup at about the same time I discovered StratNavApp. Although I played around with the app at the time, I continued to use tools such as the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas on Miro, which is still my go-to-place for any new frameworks I develop. So what changed?

With the recent addition of the Strategy Alternative Matrix (SAM), I see the benefit of StratNavApp's "joined up" approach, as I can connect strategies in the SAM to a Lean Canvas and other tools (SWOT, PESTEL etc).

Most useful, though, are the ways people can collaborate. You see other users adding or editing items in real time so there's no version conflict. And you know that you're all looking at the latest version.

The Ai is more than a bolt-on, too. It's "smart" enough to populate PESTEL and other tools with insightful first drafts.

A few things are a little hard to find but I'd still rate it five stars because the app is so useful and the UI will only continue to improve.

This platform is perfect for founders wanting to launch a business and create a robust Launch Plan. It's the interactive nature of the platform that makes it perfect for business coaching. The online help resources and AI driven approach make StratNavApp the best startup business tool I've seen👏.

This is a recipe for success. This approach will ALWAYS work because the processes are effectively untangling the critical goals to make them clear, then providing a framework to action towards those goals. ALL businesses can benefit from this approach. We need more innovation like this in the commercial world.

I've been trialling StratNavApp. It's remarkable.

It's extremely intuitive, sequentially structured via the strategy board to work through any strategic planning/change/transformation initiative.

PESTLE, SWOT, 7S, 5 Forces, Ansoff, BCG matrix, Pareto, Balanced Score Card, Goal Matrix, RASCI, governance, stakeholders, user defined KPIs, trends, business model canvas (standard and enhanced), value chain, process, weekly, monthly and annual user defined goals, objectives, targets and metrics with report and trend graphs and full reporting.

The list goes on (and on) - the user definable built-in capabilities are extensive and impressive.

The autosave function saves a load of time.

StratNavApp can be connected with MS365.

The contextual tips feature is hugely helpful and the support KB really works - it also pulls out contextual blog articles.

StratNavApp can be used collaboratively with teams/clients.

There are three subscription plans from FOC, £10/month through to Enterprise (bespoke pricing).

I would recommend using the platform if you're a startup formulating your approach and strategy. It's easy to use, share and assign actions, thoughts and insights with key colleagues.

I've been using StratNav App for more than two years. Useful, practical, and easy to implement tool. But most importantly, small users can use the free version with almost no limitations, this talks a lot about the company culture.

I started a technology company in 2017 and was introduced to the business model canvas. Fast forward to 2021 and we needed a more strategic map of our business. After joining in on a weekly strategy call, I was introduced too StratNavApp.

What started out as me playing around on the system, ended up with a 65 page detailed strategy document that I brought to my Board of Directors and Investors. Needless to say, this group of distinguished seasoned business professionals was impressed with the detail and organization of the plan. (This was all done with the free plan.)

Now, as our business continues to grow, we are diving deeper into the plan, adding additional team members to work on parts of the strategy that are germane to their expertise and job function. (This is now part of the paid plan)

I highly recommend the product to any business or entrepreneur that wants to take a multi faceted diagnostic enabled approach to strategy.

As a brand strategist, I rely on StratNav app both for internal use and for my clients' projects and I love how easy to use and collaborate are all the tools in the platform.
And most of the features are available in the free version, in my opinion, this says A LOT about the company.
Maybe the UI/visuals could be optimized.
