I enjoyed 28 says no Yelling programme, it helped me a lot how to deal with the puberty and a toddler as well. As Marko said, you can not improve completely imediately, but the improvement in my life was noticed started day one. It's so simple actually, but someone has to tell you how, step by step. Marko is a wonderful psychologist and a guidance in parenting!

I have received a lot of really helpful information and guidance in parenting our ADHD child. It’s easy to read and implement the materials given.

I am grateful I stumbled across the 30 day no yelling challenge.
Bite size strategies that you can implement each day that for us has made a noticeable difference. My son's meltdowns and tantrums have decreased in severity and frequency. I have more understanding and am feel equipped to manage my sons behaviour and draw is closer. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone wanting to decrease negative behaviour, increase cooperation and have a better understanding on how to support a "neurospicy" child.

I'm surprised and satisfied with the result achieved so far. Detailed instructions provided, are a life changer for parent that feel insecure when talking or handlind situations with kids.
For this reason i went further and purchased another challenge on Axiety that i think can be of help to my son.

It is very methodical and organised. All the information were true and I have read them in the past through many books. With the 28 day challenge you can realize how all the information can be used in day to day.

Only by reading the book I got the feeling of recognition, understanding, we are not alone. Using small tricks gives such a big change! Only tried it for 3 days now and we are in. Wondering what happens when we use more and for a longer time... Thanks

I really appreciate those, like Marko Juhant, who take the time to educate those who need it in the area of ADHD. The information is invaluable to me to be able to help my son, and myself, through learning a different way to move forward that will benefit us for the future.

The book have helped me in understanding my kid better. I particularly like the part that say you need to connect with your kid and try to understand and support them as much as you can. We now have less friction. My son now tries to please me by doing as much as he can because he now sees me as his friend. There has really been great posiive improvement in my child's behaviour.
