🚀 B2B-Neukundengewinnung im Dienstleistungssektor: Viele B2B-Dienstleister haben wunderbare und vielversprechende Produkte, die häufig ein großes Marktpotenzial haben. Dennoch bleiben viele Unternehmen im Dienstleistungssektor weit hinter ihren Wachstumsmöglichkeiten zurück und müssen sich sogar hinter fachlich schwächeren Konkurrenten einreihen. Die StraightUp Consulting hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, B2B-Unternehmen hier erfolgreich zu unterstützen. 🚀 Worin liegen die Herausforderungen in der Neukundengewinnung?: Häufig ist zwar ein umfangreiches Wissen im eigenen Fachbereich vorhanden, jedoch kein solider Prozess zur eigenen Neukundengewinnung und damit zur Vermarktung des eigenen Produktes und Know-Hows. Das liegt nicht am Unwillen, sondern an der Breite der Möglichkeiten in Vertrieb und Marketing und der so schwierigen Wahl der richtigen Strategie. So werden Versuche unternommen im Bereich des Social-Sellings mit sogar eigens dafür eingestellten Mitarbeitern, die dann jedoch in der Fülle der Möglichkeiten und Anforderungen nicht richtig zum Zug kommen. Alternativ werden teure Agenturen eingekauft, die jedoch vom eigenen Betrieb und den fachlichen Inhalten weit entfernt agieren und somit nicht in der Zielgruppe punkten können. Im Notfall wird dann zum Mittel der Kaltakquise gegriffen, die dann meist an dem hohen Zeiteinsatz, den Kosten für die Akquirierung und den mäßigen Erfolgen in den Terminen scheitert. Nicht bei wenigen B2B-Unternehmen entsteht dadurch der Glaube, dass Neukundengewinnung immer etwas mit Glück und Zufall zu tun hat und eine Mischung aus allen Maßnahmen gleichzeitig gegeben sein muss. Denn anders lässt sich offenbar nichts bewegen. We’ve been working with StraightUp…

We’ve been working with StraightUp since March 3rd, 2025 – and we’re already seeing great results. From day one, Jessica and Oliver have been our main points of contact, and both are not only highly competent but also a real pleasure to work with.

One highlight so far was definitely the ICP workshop with Oliver. He took the time to dive deep into the specifics of our target audience and asked questions we had honestly never considered before. It really helped us sharpen our internal understanding and approach.

Our first campaign went live about three weeks after we kicked things off. Since then, we’ve been consistently getting at least one qualified client meeting per week – which exceeded our expectations. We’re excited about the direction we’re headed and are looking forward to everything that’s still to come with StraightUp.

This was the worst collaboration we've…

This was the worst collaboration we've ever faced as a company. Straightup Consulting and Jay Guschin's team do not deliver on what they promise at all and are not ready to take responsibility for that.

We agreed initially that they would provide 20-25 qualified appointments per month, and we hardly had just 1 appointment in 4 months and wasted 16.000 EUR on this collaboration.

No iterations, no ownership approach, ZERO proactivity, near ZERO results. They are focusing on the process purely, not caring about the results. It was also our mistake that we agreed on a fixed monthly rate, rather than pushing for a pay-per-result model.

When it came to facing the feedback and actually DO something about the unsuccessful collaboration and there was still time to fix the case, Jay was totally unresponsive, while before we started, he took part in the calls and sounded reassuring and positive. I'm surprised this company still exists with such an unprofessional and irresponsible approach.

Be careful, if you consider entering a contract and a pilot project with them.
