I was impressed by their fast responses to all my queries. I received each time a detailed and very well explained answer.

Go for it if you are willing to be compliant; otherwise don’t waste your money. I am wearing my 6th set of aligners. I am half way till the end, at first I had some fitting issues. I was advised to wear the aligners more time so that they adapt more properly to my teeth. I followed their advice and started wearing my aligner more often (almost 20 hours per day) and things are really working much better no more fitting problem, treatment is progressing very well.

I'm wearing my 7th set of aligners. I am happy with the progress so far. I must say that this company is very professional, they guide you in every step with regular emails updates of your order and clear instructions on what to do and when. I really feel so confident the final result will be good.

A very good customer support team, they gave me all the information right from the beginning. It’s been only one month since I started my treatment; I can feel the pressure on my teeth while I am wearing the aligners, which is normal although a bit painful.

The company was recommended by one of my friends. So far I am happy with the progress made. Aligners are comfortable although when I started wearing them in the beginning I struggled to get them on and off and felt a bit of discomfort but as time went by the pain settled and the fitting was much easier. I recommend this company.

The pain aspect was minimal really. Obviously your teeth are being forced around in your gum, so from time to time there was a bit of tenderness and tightness. I'm currently receiving refinement aligners to get my treatment just right, but overall I'm happy with my results.

About 9 months into treatment, going very well so far with a big improvement on my smile. It’s been a pretty painless process. Overall, a positive experience and I'm looking forward to completing the treatment.

I was worried of going through this process without ever physically meeting a real human being was a little disconcerting. BUT. In the time of lockdowns, turns out it was a great decision. I had an issue towards the end with my aligner not fitting properly and I was looked after and the problem was rectified straight away. I was really surprised how quickly I noticed the results. I thought it would take until the end to see my teeth line up. But it only took two months. Also, nobody noticed the aligners during my treatment, unless I told them.
