We can provide up to 12 year manufacturers warranties with all new boiler installations. We offer annual maintenance contracts, tailored to suit your needs. I contacted stp plumbing to sort out a problem with my mother in laws heating system. They were very efficient at diagnosing the problem and arranging a time that was suitable to have the work carried out. Both the team in the office and the work men that came to carry out the work were both very friendly and conscientious of my 94 year old mother in law. The work was done and completed to a very high standard and you wouldn't have known they'd been there all day as everything was put away and tidied up. We couldn't be happier with the work and the efficiency of the whole team at stp plumbing whom we've used many times before.

We suffered a total gas boiler failure
We suffered a total gas boiler failure, they came promptly to identify the problems,the parts were ordered immediately and the repair carried at as soon as the parts arrived. The job wasn't an easy one and engineer was patient and informative. No complaints.

I just wanted to complement STPlumbing On their level of customer service. People are quick to be negative if something goes wrong but slow to praise when a job is done well. I have always found them to be helpful and polite on the phone in the first instance then after the technician has visited to investigate the problem most informative in explaining what has been done or what needs to be done.
