Very friendly and efficient customer service - and great quality bag!

The absolute worst experience with a bag company I have ever had. Distasteful customer service. I would never order from Stow again.

After paying in full in April, I did not receive my bag on May 15 as promised. End of June comes around and still no bag, no indication from the company on when it is coming. When I inquired Stow couldn’t provide a timeline, so I cancelled the order. In July they still send the bag—then asked me to return it sending a very inconvenient DHL shipping label. I request a UPS label and because I didn’t ship the bag within two days, they schedule a pickup without confirming with me. I wasn’t in town. Completely disorganized, self serving company that I would not recommend to anyone.

The bag is gorgeous and functional. If I could make two changes to make it perfect it would be to add feet to protect the bottom of the bag and to make the attached pouch removeable.

Great product. Shipment was later than anticipated based on “ready for shipment” date when making the purchase. Had to reach out when shipment was not received to get an update. Support was responsive. Despite the delay, very satisfied with the product and would order again!

I bought Beth Shoulder bag, it was preordered and had to wait several weeks to be delivered. The bag is beautiful, the quality is superb and I love it. Definitely worth waiting. The same goes for customer service, excellent!

This is a great product! My wife loved the material and the quality of the workmanship. The details are very fine and impressive. Customer service was quick to respond, and although the package was delivered a bit late, they made up for it with their friendly support.

I pre-ordered my Curve bag in Mocha pebbled smooth leather, and it was worth the wait. The bag is gorgeous! I love the soft and smooth leather, spacious interior, versatile color, and the option to carry the bag in two different ways. I also appreciated the gift that came with the order - a beautifully stitched organic cotton canvas tote. My items were carefully packaged without any plastic and included a hand-written personalized note. Thank you, Stow London!

Love my new curve bag. Very well made and the leather is beautiful. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The entire process of buying this bag overseas was so easy as Stow kept me updated on my delivery. Will purchase from them again.

I loved my bag the gift tote that came with it , the costumer service I used to change my delivery adress, it was all great. Thank you all and I will for sure buy other bags in the future.

I deliberated for a while over buying a particular bag for a milestone birthday trip next month and was kicking myself when it went out of stock. I set an alert through the website and purchased it as soon as I saw it was back. Unfortunately, I then got an email telling me that the bag wasn’t actually in stock and shouldn’t have been sold. I was offered free cancellation (or a choice of another colour) but I feel quite disappointed with the whole experience. Given it was an error on Stow’s part and I had paid for a bag that wasn’t in stock I feel like a bit more could have been done to make up for this - offering to put me on a waitlist for when the bag comes back or contact me directly once it’s in stock again (given I’m wary of trusting the website now) would have been really appreciated.

I love the bag, it looks amazing and the customer service has been brilliant. However, one improvement point is that the leather does scratch very easily - I already have a scratch on the bottom of the bag. I would recommend maybe adding feet to the bottom of the bag to prevent this?
