I’ve been contacting this company for several weeks and they want response, because their product is not as advertised. I wish I could give them zero stars, this company is just that bad. Wish I had read the reviews first, don’t buy here unless you’re looking for a wig with baby doll hair. This company should be put out of business.

Beware these wigs look good on Facebook, but when you get them it’s a totally different look. I ordered gray which looks like a white color, the hair looks like plastic doll hair. And to mention they were supposed to be glue less not the case.

Ordered looked nothing like the add returned in October still waiting on refund they keep promising but nothing yet they take your money send you crap and don’t refund do not buy from these scammers

The hair smelled. I did not order doll hair. wrong color. I will never order anything off of facebook again. This was truly a scam. I thought this hair was for human's not dolls.

These people are big scammers. They send fake hair. Please don’t buy from them.

This would have to be the worst online shopping experience ever! Not only did i have to wait ages for my delivery..My order was wrong..I ordered 2 different colors and received 2 of the same..and the products themselves were a joke..so unrealistic..very shiny and like dolls hair! please do not purchase from this company!

The hair looked
like nylon & parting looked so false, awful. Wanted to return hair but would only send me back $10 as would only let me send it to China warehouse, so they r saying it cost over £40 postage. They say return to Northampton, but that is rubbish. Very disappointed. Will never shop there again.

This company are a big scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered 1 product and initially thought it was human hair as that's what the website said and the extensions aren't super cheap. I thought I was getting 2 but only one arrived so I stupidly ordered another one to match. In the meantime, the first time I used straighteners on the one I had, I knew straight away it wasn't human hair. Now it's been over a month since I paid for my second lot, nothing has arrived. I have emailed them and told them I want a refund but they just keep sending computer generated emails. And I stupidly paid for express delivery! I don't know how these companies are allowed to operate. Don't waste your money!

This company is a total scam , false advertisement, you see a beautiful hair piece on their website and you get something completely different. I tried to cancel my order before it even shipped , my request was denied.
The human hair wig they advertise or any other wig on the website looks completely different from what you actually receive . Mine looked like Barbie doll hair that has been sitting in your attic for 10 years and never got washed. My wigs went in the trash. Do not buy from them , how can this company operate from the United States. SCAM, SCAM….

This company is a scam. Not only is it not human hair , but they tried to rip me off by sending me less of what I ordered. I saw their ad of buy 2 get 1 free. So that’s what I got. But When the product arrived not only did it look like doll hair, NOT human hair, but they only sent me 2. So I contacted them via email like it says to do when you place your order. The person answering the emails kept going back and forth with me that I didn’t specifically ask to get the 3rd one for free. Unbelievable crooks. I’m calling my CC company and putting a stop to their payment. Btw, they don’t answer anything about returning products. There is no return label or instruction with the package either.

Received my wig which looked like something you can buy for Halloween. Poorly made the fibers come off when brushed. It is definite not human hair .
It arrived with no return address so I need a return address form to return .

This company is such a scam. The wig they sent is absolute joke and they are not refunding my money. Worst experience shopping and it said in my order its human hair but I received synthetic hair.

I chose a light blonde topper for a customer with a darker root got a yellow blonde with a black root I order it with bangs and got no bangs I never received an order number .only an invoice from paypal no recient with an order number in the package I want to return this . How is it possible if the only correspondence is from pay pal. My customer was so upset to see what was sent I need to send this back asap please send information.it is really sad that I see nothing but bad reviews on this company

This company is very bad please don't purchase anything from this site. It is false advertisement. I ordered curly wig also sent an email after I placed order but still received dead straight hair.Also it says 100% human hair which is when received it is synthetic hair.Sent email to return and refund they not agreeing says my order was for straight hair. Never trust these people waist of money.

Very disappointed, ordered 3 hair pieces for my daughter’s birthday, paid 98 dollars with express shipping and still today no merchandise. There’s no way to Track your package and no direct phone number to call for information.E-mailing them, it’s just a joke. Big scam, don’t waste your money or time with this company. I’m praying to God that I get my product this week, if not, just going to try and figure out where this company’s headquarters is to establish a formal complain. This can’t continue to happen with other customers.

THIS IS SYNTHETIC HAIR. It is not human hair, as advertised. Even though the website, and the receipt of purchase specifically states Human Hair, the product is synthetic. When I requested a return based on this false advertising, they insisted that they never state that the hair is human. After going back and forth with them for a week, on a $150 order, they offered to return $30 to me. This company is a scam. They also represent themselves under several different company names, so please be careful when making any purchases online. Do the research to ensure it is not this company!

I ordered a 12" dark root blonde topper from Storywigs (Cliptoppers) for $33.88 USD including shipping costs. On the site, the item appeared to match my hair color well. When I received my product, the color was completely different! It was a golden blond and brown mix and had no dark root. It was not a" slight variance", it was nothing like my hair color or the item I ordered. It was also 14" and I ordered 12". The hair also looked like barbie doll hair, shiny and synthetic. I was disappointed and sent an e-mail to the company immediately providing pictures of the item ordered and the item received. They responded by telling me that the difference is only "small" and stated that a 12" topper was sent. I took a picture of the 14" topper measured with a tape measure and sent a reply e-mail asking for a refund. Storywigs offered me $15 refund and told me to keep and use the product sent. I declined their offer and opened a dispute through PayPal. This company boasts on their website "We will do WHATEVER it takes with outstanding customer service support to assist everyone as we highly value our customer satisfaction with absolute ZERO risk." It is clear from my interaction with Storywigs/Cliptoppers that this statement is false. I do not recommend this company or their products.

They lied. This is synthetic. I purchase real hair extensions so my stylist can match them to my color (Carrot top). I have done this with other places and tried to take advantage of the sale here. These synthetic fibers do not take color. I contacted via email since they write that you are buying their service not just the hair. I was offered a $10 refund and they blamed the issue on other manufacturers. I have an email thread with them. I am disgusted.

TERRIBLE company DO NOT buy anything from them. I ordered 3 dark brown toppers. I recieved Auburn toppers. Totally the wrong color. I sent my first email one day after I received them. I received what seemed to be an automatic reply. "The color may vary due to Covid". WHAT does covid have to due with hair color??!! I then sent 3 more emails, again I received the same reply. I can't find a number to call or live chat. They are thieves!
