After I had some downloading issues
After I had some downloading issues, which was very frustrating.
One of Storyblock´s marketing managers contacted me, and he suggested how to fix the video and what program should be downloaded to play the video on my desktop.
He solved the problem and gave generously two additional video downloads to make it up for the inconvenience. I thank him for contacting and solving the downloading issue.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Storyblocks
I had a very frustrating experience trying to access the promotional plan with Storyblocks. I spent three days working through various issues and contacting their support team, only to be given repetitive and unhelpful responses. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
I first reached out on January 15 to change my membership, and I clearly explained that I wanted to switch to the discounted "Unlimited Video" plan. However, when I tried to claim the offer, I kept receiving an error message stating there was an issue with my payment information. Despite updating my card and clearing the cache multiple times, the issue persisted. Support kept suggesting I try different browsers and clear my cookies, but nothing worked.
After two days of back-and-forth, the support team confirmed my new card was updated, but the problem wasn’t resolved. They suggested I manually renew my subscription, but by that time, my opportunity to access the promotional rate had expired.
This whole experience was a huge waste of time. It was very disappointing to miss out on the offer after dealing with these technical issues for so long. The lack of urgency or helpful solutions from customer support made the situation even worse. I expected better from a well-known platform like Storyblocks.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

It's a Scam
These guys are running a scam in the name of unlimited downloads. If you have purchased individual accounts under company email address, they will threaten you to sign up $20K annual package else you are at risk. We have tons of other subscriptions and using them perfectly. Paid these guys for a whole year and they disabled our account within a week saying there are 20+ people using it since November 2024. We purchased the account in December, how can we use it in November? Moreover, I only have 3 PCs, how can I use on 20 devices? The way they threaten, no one else in the industry do.
