The first time I went to storms was for breakfast. I arrived about 9:30. I believe breakfast was quitting at 10. :00 I made my order and received the bill before. I even got my food and was rushed to finished as if they were closing but they were only switching from breakfast to lunch. Kind of seemed weird to me. Today I decided to go and have a burger I ordered. The special came to $17 and something change was kind of upset that I couldn't even go to the bathroom without the flies taking over my food on top of being double charged for the bun. I'm sorry to leave this review but things need to improve before I come back

Straight up, this is a criminal scammer enterprise. They will add exorbitant charges to your order without telling you. Then they don't deliver. This is theft! Do not fall for their scam.

They take your money and you never hear from them. I placed my order in January as a sentimental gift to a friend who had lost her son. It is now towards the end of March. No tracking number, no update, I’ve sent in two concerning emails and never got a response.

They take your money and then your order never gets shipped. They don’t respond to any messages whatsoever when you try to get information on your order.

WORST PRODUCTS EVER!!!
This should be illegal. After you wait weeks with an unknown tracking number, you eventually get sweatshop slave labor poorly manufactured items.

Wow really wish I would’ve came here first. Placed an order on Jan 31. And still nothing. Exactly as the comments below, run around that the package is on the way. When they “ship” they send an email however there is no legit tracking. Says yet to process. Even though it’s been months now. They at least respond and said they are “opening an investigation” but that was also more than a week ago. So frustrating, never again I’m sure the jewelry is not worth all this

If I could give 0 starts I would!! Placed an order 01/6/2021 and here it is 3/19 and they keep giving me run around about how my order is on the way. I had to ask 3 times and threaten to report them to BBB in order to get my refund.

I would never order from them again it took two months and still have not received no tracking order number they need to be shut down this is ridiculous😤😤😤😤

Took over a month to get a poncho that resembles a poorly made Halloween costume. I wouldn’t let my dog wear this piece of crap. They were super responsive when I asked to return it but (and shame on me for not doing my research) they told me I have to return it to CHINA!! I hope they go out of business. Any positive review I call BS. BEWARE- Quality is the WORST!!!

I’d give them a zero if I could. It took almost a month to get my order and when I opened the package I could not have been more disappointed. The clothing is extremely poor quality and the material very see through. Had I known I would have to pay $50 to have it shipped to China for returns I would of never tried this site. I wish I would of done my research before ordering from this company.

Received my necklace and I must say I LOVE IT!!! Not sure about the delivery time because I wasn't in a rush and due to Covid it got here faster than items I was expecting sooner. Will be ordering again not that I know they are legit.

i placed my order 06/05/2020. it has been in preshipment for3 months. i asked for a refund the gave me 5 dollars back, bc it’s “been shipped” i emailed them a month later demanding a refund because it was ridiculous that i had no update. it’s fake, they’re just in it for the money

Say it’s made in LA but when you look at shipping information it’s shipped from China.

Ok, I saw this brand sponsored post On IG and thought everything was soo dang cute! so then I will put an order in. A few days past and I got a bit worried because I didn't hear anything about the order (granted on their website its processing takes a minute) so when I did get the shipping information it said tracking number invalid so i got kinda scared that I got scammed, so i commented on their IG page if i should email them thru paypal or dm, and when I say the response was QUICK it was QUICK! they sent me the proper tracking # and told me when to expect it . and when it got here i was shocked of the quality and how they look my necklace and earrings are soo cute i wore them to date night with my boo. I know some people said they are a scam but don't believe it i truly just think it might only be a few people in this business and when they get a lot of orders it might take longer than unusual, and with covid it might take longer, so i would say be patient with this brand and you wont regret it. because i LOVE every piece i bought and will order again for sure. A brand i would recommend

I ordered my necklace at the peak of covid and at the time didn’t realize the impact it had on businesses. I got worried that I hadn’t received my necklace and when I received tracking, it set at the same location for 2 weeks. I reached out to the company by email and on social media and received responses on both within 24hours. When I received my necklace I was surprised at how good it looked! The box was cute but the necklace was just amazing... Definitely ordering again!!

My sister loved it!! Arrived quicker than expected! Nice color!

I purchased a gold plated necklace and the wait was about a month and a half, but it was worth the wait. The chain was nicely made and still looks new after having it for 2 months now!

I ordered two items from storms , a Name plate necklace and mini hoops earrings for my daughter. Yes delivery was a little slow but it was due to COVID and the shipping delays. I emailed Them when i wanted an update and sure enough within a few hours i had a response. My daughter loves her new stuff. The chain was thicker than what i thought It would be honestly, which is great for the price! I’ve sent pics of the items to a few ppl on IG just to show the quality. Def ordering more

I promise this is a legit review. I order gold hoops with my nickname in them in the beginning of July. I'll be honest I wasn't really pressed on time so I wasn't expecting them to arrive in a few weeks. I received them a month later. Nice quality, super cute the only thing I'm concerned about is the section you snap to close the earring. Seems delicate and I'm scared to snap it too hard and it'll break. It hasn't so I'll be careful. But in all, I had a good experience. Pretty legit to me
