Just had 7 windows replaced in wood by Stormking at our dental practice in the village of West Auckland. They are absolutely marvellous. They open and close beautifully and have integral locks. As I couldn't have uPVC Stormking handled the making of these beautiful windows and then they did the fitting. From the moment Kevin first came out to measure to the installation I was kept up to date of where things were with the making of them to the installation. As these were fitted in some of the dental surgeries the fitting team were super tidy and the mess was very minimal. They cleaned up as they went along. I cannot recommend them enough and suggest if you need new windows to drive past our surgery on the village green and have a look at them. 10/10 for this fabulous local company.

A new composite front door, 5 windows and repairs to back door. All done brilliantly. From the initial visit from Kevin who helped me with all the choices to the actual installation it was all smooth and professional. I can't praise Harry enough for doing the full installation himself. He did a cracking job and his attention to detail was exemplary. Thank you to all involved.

Very pleased with the service we received. From the initial phone call to getting our windows and doors, everything was easy. Cannot fault Stormking, from Kevin coming out to measure up, then the final measure up that was before installation and the whole installation process...
The pricing was made fully to us as we were on a tight budget and we saw pictures of what each door and window would look like and we knew what the handles etc would look like also.
Installation was earlier than we first thought, which was fantastic for us.
We had our doors and windows in in two days and they even tidied and hoovered up after themselves and even went into next doors garden to pick up any mess that may have blown across into their garden.
Would I recommend Stormking....absolutely ! 10/10 from start to finish.

Friendly, helpful company who got everything done and tidied in a day. Very pleased with the results. I would in hindsight have liked a little more visual information on the hinges and handles before installation but it's a minor point.

Stormking did a great job installing new windows and doors. The work was done to a high standard. We were kept informed by Mandy in admin when the work would be carried out and completed - everything went like clockwork. The workmen were very professional, helpful in working round us and tidy. The building is now transformed.

Couldnt recommend Stormking more. They fitted a new composite door for us in February 2024 and we were very pleased with them; in December that year a delivery company damaged the door and hinges forcing a sofa through. We asked Stormking to come and quote for a repair; they completed the work free-of-charge for us.

Very professional and quick ,from coming the next day to fix the door after police had to kick it in after I had had a fall ,to a very nice lad who worked very quickly to instal a new door .

Great company, easy to deal with and very efficient. My windows look so nice and my heating thermostat has been turned down. Great fitting service too, no mess left, didn’t even want a cuppa.

Easy to sort out what we wanted. Ordered. Arrived when expected. Fitted. What more could you ask for - a professional outfit who do what they say (which makes a nice change these days!). Very happy to use them again for more work (as I am doing).

Had a new composite door made exactly to my specifications in a complicated ancient cottage. Fitted with great efficiency and professionalism with great communication throughout the process. Can't recommend Stormking highly enough. I wish they ran the railways or mended roads, but you can't have everything.

Absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors. We had requested extra wide astragal bars so that the windows looked as close as possible to the original wooden frames, and the company went out of their way to specially order them for us. The end result is very neat and a professional finish.
The fitters especially Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way and at the end of each day cleaned up after themselves.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Good advice given and quote for lovely heat efficient windows put in by super staff who ensured I was informed on what they were doing and cleaned and tidied up during and on completion of the work.
