I purchased a jumper worth £105 and it came in a Jiffy bag. No tissue or internal packaging so not very luxury and a bit disappointing, especially when p&p is £4.99. Just not what I expected from the brands profile and compared to other luxury companies’ packaging.

Unhappy
Unhappy. The item was not a good fit, and has therefore been returned. As requested, I sent you an email, dated 15 Feb, detailing the issue, and stating that the item would be returned for a refund. In that email I requested acknowledgement of receipt. That has not happened. We returned the item to you last Wednesday 16 Feb by recorded delivery. It was accepted by you at 11.24 on Friday, signed in the name of FOGGARTY.
It is now Wednesday 23 Feb and I have heard nothing regarding the refund. Please explain.

We are so sorry to hear that no one has responded to you. All refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving the item. The payment has been refunded to you now which is within this period. You should also have an email receipt which will have been automatically sent to you stating you have been refunded.
