THIS IS A SCAM. They just tried to take money from my account and I NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Emailed about missing item from parcel customer service non existence messaged on facebook messenger page not existant

Different top sent to me. Not amused!

I have given 4 stars as I received a damaged item but their after sales was brilliant. I emailed them stating the problem with a photograph and they sorted it straight away. Excellent after sales and I would definitely use again

Purchased a hoodie online, it came in good time and I’m pleased with the hoodie. Nice colour and fit

Item was sent out with a faulty broken zip, was told to pay for postage to send back so I asked to be reimbursed as item was sent faulty. Did not refund postage they requested I send signed for also costing more, quality of tracksuit was poor and had a funny smell, the zip was plastic and broken.

I ordered a very last minute gift for Christmas 3 days before post closed- postage to N Ireland. Fabulous service and the loveliest email to say it had been sent fast delivery! Santa received it two days later. Would def recommend, great customer service and leather jacket fab!

Disgusting cruel company using real animal fur. Beautiful Animals suffer Excruciating pain being skinned alive for this company to make profit. It is pure evil and horror. There is just no need. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

They use royal mail which means you're likely to never receive anything. I didn't. And the shop were useless at resolving.
Thank goodness for Paypal who gave me a full refund.
Lots of shoppers are avoiding companies that use royal mail and I'm glad. Adding this one to the list... pity I didn't know beforehand.

Can’t believe you’d sell products in this day and age in the UK made out of real raccoon fur. I’m absolutely disgusted. This company markets these products as ‘natural fur’. It ‘naturally’ belongs on an animal you morons! Specifically ‘raccoon’ fur is used and seeing as raccoons aren’t native to the UK god knows where they’re getting their fur from, probably some disgusting fur farm.
Steer clear.
