I recently needed storage between moving out of my old home and while waiting to finalise on the purchase of our new house. A process that lasted four months and with many obstacles. I’m pleased to say that Storing.com took the edge off the moving and storage part of that process by providing expertise, flexibility and an ever so kind and friendly communication through the whole process.
I dealt with Reon primarily, on the phone and by email, who provided me with clear and prompt answers. I felt reassured everything was organised according to plan and when I needed flexibility Reon was able to accommodate.
The movers (Stewart, Kyle and Jamie) were on time, well organised, courteous and good humoured, which on the big moving day is essential. I was so pleased with their efforts I requested the same team for delivery four months later.
Thank you for all the heavy lifting and for having made everything around this move so much easier. Your whole team has been a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend your services.

I have used storing.com twice and both times they have been super helpful, no-nonsense and efficient. The most recent time was during a clearout of my late parents' house so it made all the difference that things went smoothly at a difficult time. The service is good value compared to many out there. Will use again.

Storing.com were everything I needed. By far the best value storage facility; courteous, patient and with the sort of staff ethos I thought had vanished. From Cherrelle at reception to the guys who came to move my stuff, they were on time, on budget and prompt. And when it turned out in needed less storage than I’d booked, they immediately adapted to a lower price, no fuss. I never normally write reviews as I’m too busy, but they thoroughly deserve it. With their help I’m saving over £250 a month which is massive.

We had a great experience with storing.com at Bletsoe. From the start they were friendly and communicative, and they were patient while our move dates became clearer. We had movers move our stuff directly in to storage for us and we weren't present when it happened, but it all passed off without a hitch. They kept the key for us securely and were very helpful when we wanted to arrange to retrieve it. All in all, a great experience.

Storage.com have been wonderful! All the staff in the office, to the guys in the vans! It made the stressful experience of moving a little smoother!

The storing.com removal guys were great. They made the situation less stressful. They talked us through step by step what was going to happen which was straightforward and were just so friendly and professional. We know our belongings are in a safe place.

We rented a storage unit since September last year until very recently. The service we received from the staff has been excellent throughout and the site is extremely secure. The process from start to finish was very smooth. I highly recommend Storing.com and would definitely use again in future if the need arises.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone or by email was very helpful and polite, so it was an easy process to talk through the options and organise storage. The actual storage collection and delivery was efficient and well communicated. The team were friendly and helpful.

Value for money, first rate customer service, free professional movers, and fast efficient service; that was my storing.com experience in a nutshell. I found them online and couldn't believe how low the prices were AND that they also included the cost to pickup. So I called them and chose to go and have a look at their outfit before I tried it. What l learned from my visit was that when a company chooses to put people ahead of its profits, everybody can win. I was impressed by the sheer simplicity of their operations and their willingness to be open and transparent about it all. Their staff were friendly and professional. Their storage facility was built and secured like Fort Knox. Their price for a monthly rental is what their competitors charge per week. Whether customers or staff, they obviously put people first and that's definitely what my kind of company is all about. I wouldn't choose to store my belongings with anyone else.

Amazing team. The office team were very helpful and organised everything perfectly. Everything was precisely scheduled and ran smoothly from start to finish! The team who came to collect my items were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from the initial call to Storing.com to the end when the two very professional and polite chaps turned up on time to collect all of my belongings from the Big Yellow Storage Co. The rental savings I have made with Storing.com are fantastic, just a fraction of the rent I was paying before. I would unreservedly recommend Storing.com to anybody looking for a professional organisation to store there items with !

Cherrelle and the boys were amazing, very professional and the mover guys were real troopers delivering my storage to my new flat and hiking up six flights of stairs. If that's not hard work I don't know what is. It Was really quick and easy to book in from the start, called up on the Friday and had my storage delivered by 7AM the next Monday morning with no hassle.
I would definitely reccomend Storing.com and will use them again when I move next year!

Firstly they say you’re possessions
are kept safe and secure, then they don’t tell you they store them in WOODEN containers it’s like the old the western films... Yeeeha!! So when all my stuff burnt down, I heard it on the news storing sent an email around 4-5pm that week, never got back to anyone, they are a bunch of cowboys, ask what type of container your valuables will be stored in, I think that customers should get 50% of their money back at the very least..If you aren’t going to pay settlements in full, look my name up I’m from London and would be happy to go with 700+ majority and start some kind of court case against this joke of an organisation who were happy to take your money, but do nothing to get back to most customers for a whole 7 days that your stuff has burnt down to a crisp, the worst part is some of those customers would have paid whilst the storage unit was burning down or had burnt down to a crisp and not advised, maybe this is a case for watchdog ...

Notice how the last 10 reviews below mine are invited to hide the fact that they don’t want to show the bad publicity..very clever, even cowboy companies evolve let’s hope the next customers permanent containers aren’t made of wood !!!

Excellent service, very reliable company and a good price

From the first point of contact, through to the final gave good bye the staff at Storing.com were professional, informative and caring. On the day of collection the driver and porter were on time, acted with care and consideration and demonstrated jedi-like packing skills. Overall I can not speak more highly. An excellent service and a super company.

Scheduling the pick up was a breeze, the team on the phone was super helpful getting us organized in a very short time, and the two guys who picked up our things were extremely nice and helpful! Really excellent value too, would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs storage space!
