Their courier lost my order and the customer service for this merch store seems to be taking as many steps as possible not to issue a replacement or a refund. Crazy how much merch I've bought from them but the one time there is an issue they act like trying to scam you out of a few quid is the best way to proceed. Love the band and will keep seeing them live but I'll stick to 3rd party merchandise. Sad to see really.
