No return address supplied when trying to return. Endless pointless emails. Plus, the 5 star reviews are written in terrible English. Whole thing is a scam imo.

Purchased an item over a month ago, keep promising to send tracking number and never do, customer service just gives a load of excuses. Requested a full refund and doubtful I’ll ever receive one. Really poor

They only do size XS and S, nothing over a size M on the whole website. Shocking.

I ordered a faux leather jacket from them. Let's start with the fact that they don't pay duty, so I had to pay about half of the $200 jacket again. Then came the even bigger disappointment: it was like the jacket was made of paper. The smell was disgusting and the buckle was made of the worst plastic. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!

Honestly, the quality is not good. Very pricy. Wouldn’t let me rerun because I used a $10 off code which they promoted?

Their sizing is ridiculously small and inaccurate in their size chart. They still have refused to exchange. Don’t buy from them!

Bought blazer and skirt from them which doesn’t fit me at all. I ended up returning both but they deducted $21, which they didn’t mention on their website. It only says US return $5 flat shipping. They are such a scammer. Do not buy from them. Save ya’ll money.

I have ordered three items for which I paid about €137. When the items arrived in the country I got an email to pay €45 for taxes. I was completely shocked, I emailed them and went back on the website to read that taxes are not included in the shipping price. And if I return them it would be deducted from my refund. I was so disappointed as I am a student and an intern, I make half the min wage and work 10 hrs a day including weekends and I know how hard money are made. These brands are just outrageous, and I know there are people who have much less than me and want nice things so PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this brand if you can not and do not want to pay for taxes which are huge. Please be careful when you buy things, I am the person that always checks a hundred reviews before a purchase but this time I was blinded by influencers. I hope I help someone save a bit of money with this review. The clothes are ok, on the website they look much nicer, but the quality is not that bad, I like them. I even emailed a suggestion to them to display at checkouts that taxes aren’t included in the price, they won’t get as many sales but at least not this many bad reviews.

The quality is very bad. Especially if you pay 100€ for one item you expect it would be good. It is Shein quality. (So not even H&M or zara or smth.) it is really really bad.

I ordered one coat, which was pretty expensive and the quality is not on point. Add to that, I had 80€ for taxes.

So please, if you want to order on this website, be attention to the taxe, and if you think it’s really worth it.

FUYEZ!!!! DO NOT BUY! I bought a jacket after seeing it on instagram on influencers. The price was very high and i was so surprised to see that the quality is SUPER CHEAP. This brand should be prohibited....and influencer should stop to promote this brand, they are responsible for it too

VERY bad quality. Got a "puffer" jacket from them but it had literally no insulation and the zipper was flimsy AF. Never purchasing from there ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would have done it! Very bad experience with everything (delivery, customer service...) It's really to flee don't lose your money!
The first thing to know is that the shipping costs are up 19€
The second thing you need to know is that the goods come from South Korea I paid 32 € of customs taxes to have me delivered in France, I was not aware and no one said anything until DHL send me emails and sms telling me that they paid in my place at customs the 32 € and that I have to refund them!
I refunded the €32 to DHL and received my order the next day! At the opening of the big problem package! I had ordered 4 skirts, 2 skirts were defective (one white with yellow spots and one black that was sewn to the place of the legs, so impossible to wear it)
I contacted customer service about it and they ask me to return the defective items to them and they don't even offer a return label LOL! So I have to pay another 19€ or more via DHL! I purchased from Storets thinking that it was an American store so that shipping, as well as import duties and customs, would not be an extortionate fee. From the website, it states that there is a flat fee in American Dollars stating that it would be $22-$35. However, much to my surprise and complete shock, I was charged £100 for customs and import duties. Nowhere on their website does it state that the clothes are being shipped from Korea. I have not yet received my items so I am unable to review the quality of the clothes.

I love storets! Shipping can be a big long at times, but the quality is always great for its price. I found one of my favorite white dresses here (not see through at all which is so hard to find with white!) and I wear it all the time. Def recommend!

i recently ordered the morgan wrap set from storets and received it about a week ago. as soon as i unwrapped my items i was thrilled. of course i tried them on and was even more pleased. the wrap top is so versatile and flattered, as is the length of the skort. both items can be used in endless outfits(:
