Ordered vac backpack 9th July and still not received it. Unfortunately from the reviews on here looks like a scam. I emailed them and no response.

As with all the other reviews, my order for a backpack has not arrived. I ordered it on 18th July with delivery due within 15 working days. It has not arrived to date (13th August) & the tracking number doesn’t work and two emails sent to storemafix.com have not had any reply…..
I’m afraid this appears to be a scam company.

Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!! Avoid at all costs. Ordered an item over 2 months ago for my holiday in August. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed and no response at all. Tried tracking my item and it appears to have closed down. Absolute scam. You have been warned.

Do not use Stormafix !
Do not use this company as it seems to be a scam. I placed an oreder in June via the Shops app. My backpack hasn’t arrived and the shipping link doesn’t work. Stormafix don’t respond to emails and the only solution is a chargeback on your credit card.

I too placed exactly the same order in June 11th through SHOP.com. I have contacted storemafix 7 times over the last 5weeks and have received no response and no bag. Tracking is exactly where it is on the 13th June…in China. To me this is fraud and I am most upset. Come on Storemafix.… this is not a way to do business

Order #3313 – Still no delivery after 3 weeks
I placed an order on 21 June 2025 for a Vacuum Compression Backpack – more space, less volume (Black). As of 13 July, I have received nothing.
The order status just says “awaiting parcel from sender”, and the tracking link shows no information. I also wrote to them, but no one has responded.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I hope this is resolved soon or that I receive a refund.
