Excellent Order Management Software. We moved from Linnworks as they raised our fees almost 400%. Storefeeder is a much better system. It's more stable, reliable and thought through. Our contact Harry has been excellent helping us set up the system. Thank you (CurtainsDirect2U)

Great team of people from onboarding to support & higher up, too many to mention. Always someone to help with any question you may have. Highly recommend Storefeeder. Thanks to each & every one of you from all at SOISOE for getting us where we are now and where we plan to go.

Storefeeder has changed the way we stock control, dispatch orders, integrate channels, place orders and so much more.
We set up over 2 years ago now and even though initial set up for us to input everything was timely, it has paid off in so many ways. It has meant we can spend less time doing all the things we did before and has in turn increased productivity and meant we can spend the time saved doing other jobs to improve our business.
The support is always great, always on the end of the phone or an email and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our company sells through its own Woocommerce website and not through eBay or Amazon. Kane has been very helpful with the onboarding process and I can't fault his eye to detail and his willingness to help as we did encounter a fair amount of issues with the onboarding process. Our main issue has been when printing orders. For some reason our orders always come up with the same problems, even after we have (what we believe) fixed them whilst on a call with Kane.
We understand that the process can take some time to complete due to different data being submitted through to storefeeder from our website. However, the amount of errors we encounter when attempting to print our orders seems rather high.
We are still needing storefeeder to generate labels so that Royal Mail can pick up our parcels, but we are still waiting for this process to be smoother.
UPDATE:
As soon as ourselves and Storefeeder had realised the root of our problem, they were back in contact and since it has been a smooth journey to get the system to where we want it to be. Kane has been exceptionally helpful and since, we have seen Storefeeder playing a lot better.
Thank you

Storefeeder is a great system to use and has really helped us save time.
Onboarding took a fair amount of time and there were several teething issues. But once these were ironed out Storefeeder saved us a huge amount of time, and is extremely easy to use.
All our storefronts and inventory management in one place was the main selling point for us, and I think this is where they excel.
Customer service is helpful and Jordan who helped with onboarding helped us navigate the system and set everything up.
Overall an innovative system with a friendly team behind it - would definitely recommend to anybody with multiple ecommerce stores.

Well, we gave it a go. This system is very time-consuming and very frustrating and in no way as easy to use as advertised or sold by the representative when we first inquired about the software.
First up Kane, the onboard team member was helpful and probably the best part of this experience as he would guide us through the problematic areas if we encountered any, but phone calls would be a day later, and having to wait for that call or a return email delayed the selling of a product online. The only downside with phone-calls is that Kane would have a very repetitive cough and would create some anxiety due to having bad asthma myself, so, therefore, cutting the phone calls shorter than I wanted due to this problem.
We found that stock was not appearing quickly enough and having to wait longer for it to appear (15-20mins for it to appear as stated) and up to almost 4 hours for items to appear and that's something we cannot afford to do and sit in front of a PC refreshing the system. One item appeared on the system the next day so we missed the chance to sell it in a window that we gain the most success.
Our biggest problem and something that we pointed out to the team in the very beginning was that overselling has been a massive problem with the likes of Channel Grabber and other systems we've used in the past and within a few weeks, we encountered our first oversell. If that item was ordered via the website then we could have explained the situation to the customer (using a 3rd party stock management system etc) but with eBay buyers, negative feedback would be inevitable and we have an impeccable record of almost 78,000 feedback and 100%. So, we purchased the item from another seller in the USA to avoid a negative (as it was a US-exclusive item) and made a huge loss on not only the 2 that had sold that we had in inventory, but the extra oversell. When we asked for an explanation, SF could only point a finger at eBay saying that it was eBay's error and not SF's. So why pay a lot of money for a stock management system to override these potential problems? SF should have picked up on the sales as and when they happened and reduced the stock down, but this did not happen due to the timing delays between systems, which we worked out was a good 5-10 mins.
It's not as easy to use as they say it is. And here's why. The main problem we had was pulling stock inventory over from our website provider, EKM Powershop, and according to SF, EKM is a "clunky to use" website system. SF would pull all of the information across apart from the following criteria that we had to do manually and upload via a separate spreadsheet. Extra work that we did not expect to do. Description, Brand, and Images - some of the most important data would need to be uploaded by ourselves so that we could push this stock to eBay. But you have to remember to "create a product" first too before uploading.
Whether or not EKM is the culprit - as we have ongoing battles with bugs and erroneous problems such as uploading of data (EG: Will now only take CSV files and not XLS) - but these things should have been pointed out to us before signing on.
The next important part is that anything that we uploaded via SF and was being pushed to eBay would take a while to get noticed, and in some cases, we'd see similar stock from international sellers before ours would appear on a list - and that was after a "nearest item" search option. Since we've stopped using SF our sales have gained momentum and now selling more than what we had been selling previously. If you are using SF, it may be worth doing a couple of manual/direct uploads to see where that stock sits within eBay listings. So, as a test, one item that we uploaded via SF sold one unit in a week, with a manual upload and that same product sold 7 in two days.
Ironically EKM offers a direct to eBay manual upload and works great. So why didn't SF suggest a manual upload to Ebay via EKM and then pair the SKU's? Much easier!!
Not for us and now after so many disappointing promises of great stock management, we are now offering pre-orders on our website and in stock on eBay until the right software is on the market.
---- Update 2nd Sept 2022 - After reply from SF below ----
So, after a push to eBay via EKM's very own eBay listing tool, our sales have gone through the roof, all items we wanted to list are now listed, and adding items on a daily basis. Previously 744 with SF, now over 1000. We appreciate the response from SF, and the direct email from the SF team, but surely before offering any software I really do believe that every store/online shop has its own problems, inventory management, and website provider, and more than a few week's trial should be on offer, to eliminate any erroneous problems including overselling. I now can list my stock with an upload of one spreadsheet to EKM, and one push to eBay, and INSTANTLY sell

We recently moved our WMS system to Storefeeder from another provider for several reasons. Storefeeder is a breeze to use and providing you fill in all the data fields, everything works well. Onboarding support was second to none (thanks Harry!). Time was taken to understand our business, the way we worked and better ways of doing things were also implemented from suggestions given by Harry. Response time to queries and issues were quick (much better than other IT providers). The best thing is you are forced to set everything up which results in you understanding the system. This has been a great help which means you can self diagnose most problems easily having been through the set up process. Storefeeder does what it says on the tin, bulk updates are easy and at a reasonable cost, making this an excellent WMS/dispatch platfrom to support SME online retailers.

Great company... We just finished migrating to Storefeeder with the dedicated onboarding team. Everyone in the team that we have dealt with has been super helpful and the process has been very smooth.
Special thanks to Harry for answering all our silly questions and being so helpful at guiding us step by step through the process of migrating.

We've been using Storefeeder for around 8 years now and they've been fantastic.
When you first start the onboarding process with them you get support from the dedicated onboarding team who will assist you throughout the entire process. Response time is rapid and they always had an answer / solution.
Throughout our time with Storefeeder there has been an incredible amount of new features and integrations added.
Storefeeder is the perfect solution for order and inventory management. Able to deal with shipping across a huge range of integrations and even integrates with some accounting software.
It's very rare there is an issue with Storefeeder and when there is the speed at which the problem is resolved is incredible. Even if you have a general question about a feature the support team gets back to you very quickly.
An example of this would be my recent interest in a feature called 'pricing profiles'. A feature which allows Storefeeder to automate your pricing across all channels. My ticket was picked up by Kane who got in touch and scheduled a live demo the very next day.
The software is great and is backed up by an ever greater team.
10/10 would onboard with Storefeeder again.

Selling within a bricks and mortar shop, as well as on two online platforms, was proving problematic for us in terms of inventory management and we were in desperate need of a really efficient system to combat these problems. After much research, we decided upon Storefeeder. There is, without doubt, a lot to learn when setting up an inventory management system but Kane made the onboarding process as seamless and pain-free as possible. Not only was he extremely patient, his understanding of what we aim to achieve was fantastic. We are now looking forward to finding out more about Storefeeder’s many features and expanding our sales onto new online marketplaces to grow our business.

We signed up to StoreFeeder early in 2021, primarily to get a better handle on stock control, as this is one of the biggest challenges facing a retail outlet with a physical store and several eCommerce websites.
Admittedly it was quite daunting getting to know the system, as it is very powerful and complex.
We were lucky to have Harry James from their onboarding team to take us by the hand - a big thank you to Harry for his patience !
Since we've moved on from the onboarding process, we have found the customer service to be first class - prompt and knowledgeable.
StoreFeeder has given us so much more than stock control, such as online order management, an excellent purchase order system, an extensive reporting system & online listing management.
We are very happy to highly recommend Storefeeder !

As a whole Storefeeder was the right move for our business, the system is very powerful and theres not a lot it cant do. Kane on the onboarding team was very helpful and patient while we were going live and the support team are very knowledgeable compared to other inventory IT based companies.

Kane made onboarding with Storefeeder as easy as it possibly could be. He has been patient, understanding and knowledgeable while setting up a fairly complicated account.
I would highly recommend Storefeeder to businesses and would be more than happy to work with Kane again in the future.

After a little tricky start (our requirements for the platform’s functionality were quite specific) I’m pleased to say the move over to StoreFeeder is going extremely well.
Despite the occasional hiccup early on, Kane & the StoreFeeder team really put the time (and patience) in to ensure we experienced a successful migration over from our previous platform.
I’m very confident that the move over to StoreFeeder will be extremely beneficial for our business & we look forward to working with you going forward.
Thanks again.

I started working for a company that use Storefeeder around 9 months ago and from the beginning I've found it a very user friendly system. The knowledge base is really helpful and anything I've been unsure of a quick phone call has resolved any queries. Kane especially has been great help, nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I sadly left StoreFeeder with the promise of an all singing dancing system that could do so much more - it did not and was an endless and frustrating disaster nearly costing us our business with its errors and outages. I came back to Storefeeder and I could not be more delighted. Kane who was my onboarding manager was endlessly patient and helpful and the process was fairly seamless and easy. The system works well and is intuitive to use once you have got your head round the language used and the way it works. I feel confident we can now grow our business back to the levels it should be at with the confidence our stock is managed and our orders processing correctly - thank you for your time and patience - Delicious Designs
