I paid for it with express delivery and you can’t supply it ! Borderline false advertising. Terrible experience. I ordered 7 items express and you can’t supply only supply 3 of the 7 you said you could. Terrible communication. Terrible experience. I still don’t have my money or receipts. You can’t just say you supply something, take someone’s money then figure it out after. The apology I got was “sorry we couldn’t help you this time” . Sounds like you need another staff member to get on top of your “email backlog” which is constantly the reason why you reply after a week after I prompt you to. Terrible. I can imagine it’s pretty cut throat out there and I will be going else where
