I love the shirts that I have gotten. The quality is 5 out 5. The only downsides is that import fees can be a problem. Importing has become a hassle, but that isn't the merchants fault.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a helmet from the Max Verstappen Store, but instead of the helmet I received a random T-shirt. I immediately contacted customer support through the official website chat and reported the issue. I was assured that the correct item would be sent to me, but to this day I have not received the helmet.
Since then, I have sent at least five emails from different email addresses, trying to get an update or any form of assistance. Unfortunately, nobody has even bothered to reply.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the helmet was supposed to be a Father's Day gift from my children to their dad. I even paid extra for the 1-day shipping option to make sure it would arrive on time. Because of this mistake and the complete lack of communication, my children were left without a gift for Father's Day, and I was left without the product I paid for.
Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to provide any response is simply unacceptable. I am still waiting for either the helmet I ordered or a full refund.
