I recently had to request a replacement for my AtomMan G1 Pro due to a hardware defect. The customer support experience provided by Amber was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
She guided me through the return process clearly, confirmed the delivery at their warehouse immediately, and arranged a replacement unit to be shipped via DHL Express seamlessly. The replacement PC arrived ahead of schedule, perfectly packaged, and it has passed all hardware and software stability tests flawlessly.
Getting a premium machine replaced internationally can often be stressful, but Amber made the entire process smooth, transparent, and professional. I am incredibly satisfied with Minisforum's customer service and highly recommend them!

I had an issue with a refurb unit (wasnt working properly).
I emailed the company. Hesper on their support team replied rapidly. The back and forth was quick, and it was determined i should sent it back.
The follow up correspondence was very concise. They offered a replacement item or refund depending on my desires.
Having good customer support goes a long way.
Of note i have bought MANY things from Minisforum, and they have best in class quality.

Had a hardware issue with my MDSA156 monitor and dealt with Helen from the EU support team. Communication was always polite and clear, and when the original product turned out to be out of stock she processed a refund without any fuss. Happy with how it was resolved.

**Excellent Warranty Service and Customer Support\!**
I had to send my machine back for a warranty repair after experiencing a serious issue where the CPU temperature was rising and the fans were not spinning. I am very satisfied with how the warranty process and customer service were handled.
The team, particularly Helen, was professional and provided clear instructions for sending the faulty unit to their German repair station. They promptly answered my questions regarding the return address and confirmed that they would reimburse the return shipping costs of €20.90.
After the repair, the device was shipped back with tracking, and I'm happy to confirm that my machine is now back and "working perfectly". The reimbursement for the shipping costs (€20.90) was confirmed for processing within 2-5 business days.
A genuinely positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend their customer service and efficient warranty handling.

I purchased a couple of UM680 Slim mini PCs a bit over a year ago. One recently failed, turning off during use. Technical support was helpful and friendly, and issued an RMA. The repair (a replaced capacitor) was quick, and the device was shipped back working as good as new. Minisforum has a 2-year warranty that they stand behind and great customer service.

I live in the US (NJ) and received delivery of the PC from Hong Kong in 10 days from when I ordered it. I thought this was reasonable also considering there was a a delay of a couple days due to the Chinese Labor Day holiday.
I believed the price of the PC is fair based on its power and quality components. The PC came specced as advertised and contained zero bloatware.
I’m still setting up the PC to my liking (Windows updates and personal software) and therefore have not played games on it yet. However, this is an attractive machine that looks great on my desktop. I have not had issues with it thus far. I also find the Dedicated Control Center to be easy to use and useful.
Finally, a big thumbs up to the customer service folks at MinisForum. They are quick to respond to emails and have been courteous and friendly to my inquiries.

I ordered a Minisforum AI X1 Pro-470 and DEG1 eGPU Dock from the EU store.
There were some delays and the Mini PC finally had to be shipped from China due to stock issues in the EU warehouse. Customs clearance also required additional communication and documentation.
However, the support team — especially Yuki — stayed responsive throughout the whole process and helped coordinate the shipment and customs handling.
The package arrived successfully and the communication during the process was responsive and helpful.
