My music was distributed through your platform the smart link to access my account you people gave to me doesn't work you have given me two password and it keep saying invalid login okay I asked for reset of password and expecting the new password in my email till now nothing it's so frustrating that u release a song and u don't know what's happening if people are streaming downloading or not

I have been finding it difficult to log into my account, when I ever I try to reset password no messages will be sent to my email for me to use and reset my account. I have been waiting for a reset message to be sent to my gmail for sometime now.

I tried logging in and am finding it difficult , have put in the right email for password reset and no reply to my mail for days now !!!
I cant monitor the progress of my songs on digital platforms, pls something should be done about it thanks.
