Having a fiance who loves bourbon I thought I would get something he could keep for his birthday. So an engraved bottle of Gentleman Jack was ordered, gift wrapped aswell. Think I was more excited when the day came. Only to my horror all it was, was a plain bottle! No engraving at all! I have tried for 2 months to get help from the company to replace it but I just keep coming up against a brick wall. They flatly refuse to help. I paid alot more for this thinking it was worth it with the engraving, but a plain bottle is just like one from a supermarket I could of got a lot cheaper. Will not be using this company again. Customer service satisfaction zero!

Tried to exchange an item for a larger size a couple of weeks outside of the 14 day returns period (because, you know, Christmas) and was told flat out that they won't accommodate this. I have had problems with sizing with a couple of companies before and had to return items outside of the returns period (ASOS, Grindstore) and they couldn't have been more helpful. I realise that they don't have to honour returns outside of the period but this is good customer service. Had no choice to re-order to avoid disappointment.

Order not Received - Legal Action to Commence if Matter is not Resolved Quickly
I ordered a parcel on 08/12/2017, which Yodel received in their depot on 11/12/2017. However, my parcel still has not been delivered. I contacted Jack Daniels before Christmas notifying them of this situation and asked them to contact Yodel to resolve this issue, as I had tried but was not able to speak to a human being, only an automated machine, which told me what I already knew (as it was on my Yodel Tracking Page) before hanging up on me. I attempted to speak to someone via Yodel's web chat but was continuously told that all of their operators were busy even though I had waited for over 30 minutes!!! I then attempted to place an official complaint but there was no option to do this on the Yodel website. After all of this hassle, I left a negative review on the Trustpilot website and was contacted by someone called Maalik, who told me to email the Yodel escalation team with specific details relating to the parcel and delivery location, and he would then look in to the matter. I done as he requested immediately and have heard absolutely nothing since. I have given them plenty of time to respond to this issue, as all of this took place before Christmas. I explained that the parcel contained Christmas gifts but this did not appear to matter to Yodel. Jack Daniels responded to my request to contact Yodel, by telling me that they had contacted Yodel but there has been no follow up from the Jack Daniels Customer Service Team since and my parcel STILL has not arrived. I sent another message to Jack Daniels this morning stating my disappointment, upset and anger at this whole situation and the fact that customer service has been non existent from all parties involved. I expect Jack Daniels to make a stand and do something constructive to resolve this issue, such as resending my order with a reputable courier service or providing a full refund and compensation. I will never order anything from Jack Daniels again and will be advising others not to order from there either, due to this ordeal. I have gone from being upset and disappointed to extremely angry and will now be commencing legal action if this matter is not satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. I have already waited long enough but will show good grace by providing Jack Daniels with a further 2 weeks to resolve this matter before commencing legal action. Enough is enough, sort this out!!!!!!!!
Merchandise is waayyy too small
If you are to purchase any form of merchandise from this store makes sure to buy several sizes larger than your normal. Bought an XXL T-shirt and Shirt (I am normally L-XL) and It was so small. Tried it on a M-L person and it was a struggle to fit it on. That's 4 sizes larger than they would normally wear and they struggled.
The Customer service team were okay but quite blunt. Bit annoyed that I had to pay for the return postage as it wasn't my fault but oh well.
Make sure you check before you buy.
