I don't agree with the return policy, if Huion wants to treat their customers right it should be entirely free. I'm pretty sure a company such as Huion can already do this.

The customer service is amazing at Huion! Our digital pen had stopped working and we only had it for a month. I reached out to Huion and worked with Orliza to see if they could help. I sent a video showing my issue and they saw that it wasn't working properly so they sent me a replacement pen. But I never received the pen even though it said that it was delivered. I let Orliza know that I didn't receive my pen and that I reported it as missing to my postal service. I waited a few weeks to see if it would miraculously show up at my door. It never came. The package was truly lost. I let Orliza know and she said that they would send me another replacement pen if I would just pay the shipping this time. I felt that this was incredibly kind as it was not their fault that the package was lost. I paid the shipping and they sent out the package promptly. This time I received the package and I was very happy with how I was treated and accommodated. Thank you Orliza and Huion for your great customer service!

By now its 7 work days without a single update from my package.
When I ordered my package I ordered it with expedited shipping which means it should arrive between 3-7 WORK days. Sadly I didn't receive further updates outside of 'Payment Succes' the day I ordered it.
This wouldn't have been an issue if the site told me at the time of ordering the Display tablet was out of stock, which I assume is the issue.
I tried contacting Customer Service, and in my surprise my message has been unread for 3 days.
It's understandable that the first day I wouldn't get a response since this was a day in the weekend.
But it's outrageous I don't get the least of a response when my package hasn't even been sent yet, or at least a mail to me that says anything about a delay/ stock issue.
Canceling is another hassle, since customer service doesn't respond there's also no way to change my mind about the order, since this has to be done via e-mail.
I just really hope i get help here, or receive my package in the next day... But I doubt that is going to happen.

It took a few times going back and forward to fix the issue I was having but it also wasnt the easiest thing to fix (I had a problem with my driver where my mini keydail wouldnt let me use its customiseable buttons and have my pen work at the same time... like I said very tricky) AND this was happening during Christmas break! I feel so bad having to ask for help during this period but they responded quickly and helped me until my problem was solved :) very much satisfied by the service.

I purchased a tablet that unfortunately was ultimately not what I wanted. The communication during the return process was OUTSTANDING. I was treated professionally, courteously and quickly. I wish there had not been a restock fee and return shipping fee, but I completely understand the necessity. Overall, an extremely pleasant return experience.

For some reason my Kamvas 16 (Gen 3) would not work. My computer recognises it but it does not display anything on the screen which is really frustrating. It keeps displaying on the screen that there is an "Type C" issue that is blue with an exclamation mark but there is nothing on the internet or the website to even explain what this means.

When I tried to contact customer support via email about changing my delivery address, they did initially respond quickly, but it has been 3 days since then with no update or reply. I reached out again a day ago, but I still haven't gotten a response!"
This was all before I was able to call them today and get it resolved. They did actually fix the issue, and my package is coming in. Once I called them, I found out it was all taken care of. I was worried and stressed about something they had fixed, and that was no longer an issue, all because they never got back to my email. Please call them if they haven't replied to you in a bit. The people on the other side are nice and are paid to help you. I would love to give them more, but a single email could've prevented all of this stress and worry. I do understand there are a lot of tickets, but this issue could've led to me losing out on all the money I spend on the tablet, so I assumed it would be a higher priority.
Also, if you guys are getting a beeping sound of a dead phone line, check the website's support page in the contact us section for the proper number, as it may have changed!

I ordered the Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5k).
It sadly arrived broken, but those things can happen with electronic devices.
Customer service was very lovely and sent me a replacement right away. The communication was a bit slow but they told me they have a lot of tickets. It wasn't a problem for me.
Both times the product arrived incredibly fast, within 3 days, which is basically express shipping.
The product itself is georgeous. I had an older XP Pen Model before this one and it just doesn't compare. The screen is sharp, colours are accurate, everything feels very high quality. I am obsessed with the felt tips for the pen, they are amazing.
Only thing that didn't work for me is using the two usb cables. For me only the 3 in 1 works, but again for me that's not an issue.
Overall very satisfied with the product as well as the customer support. I'll definitely stay with huion for the foreseeable future.

No great, as i wanted to return a product that wasnt good enough for me and they made me pay 45 euros of return cost. Which is outrageous. And i had to organise everything myself... Wont buy any of their products in the future thats for sure

I bought a Kamvas Slate 13 two days ago. Paid via PayPal and paid for shipping insurance. However they have not sent me order confirmation, order number or anything yet.
I have received confirmation from both PayPal and the insurance itself that payments have ordered.
The money has also been withdrawn, which in my country is illegal before shipment of the item.
I have tried to contact them since yesterday but their chat is never live even though the website states otherwise. I can't even complain because i have no proof of an order other than my payment.

so about 4 months ago i bought a Kamvas Pro 19 to use for Uni... it worked great and i love how high Quality and easy it is to use.... fast forward to around 2 weeks ago. i go to connect the Tablet to my laptop.. it turns on i see the Huion logo then it turns back off.. it keeps boot looping like that everytime i push the power button
i thought i'd Contact Amazon since i bought the tablet from there.. they tell me that they can only cover returns and replacements for the 1st 30 days and after that i have to contact the manufacturer
so I Contact Huion.. they told me that since i bought the tablet from an "Authorized Reseller" i would get my in-Warranty replacement from Them (even after i told them that amazon told me to contact them and there was nothing they could do) plus i had also sent proof of the tablet boot looping and had gotten written confirmation that the tablet was defective/broken
i went and contacted amazon again.. they told me that the amazon in my countries warranty Rules are Different from that of the US and Europe and that they dont cover any warranty claims on any product over 500$ (converted from local Currency) and that i'd have to recontact Huion to get my Tablet Repaired/Replaced
this has absolutely been a horrible experience for me especially since i'm stuck not being able to do any of my university work at home and have to use a borrowed old non-display drawing tablet from a friend.. all i want to know is how many people do i have to contact to get my tablet repaired
TL;DR: Huion Kamvas pro 19 broke after less than 4 months of use and neither Amazon or Huion want to issue a repair or replacement even after getting written proof that the tablet was broken
Edit (29-Dec-2025) changing Rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars: Huion Finally Sent me a Replacement after alot of going back and forth with them and this heated Trust Pilot Review, they literally sent me an email to tell me that they would send me a replacement in exchange for me changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars, my review on Trust Pilot will be updated to 3 Stars because of how they handled my complaint, but im not changing it to 5 stars, im strongly against buying reviews in that way (infact i think its actually illegal)
