Brilliant company! 3rd time using.
3rd time I’ve used this company and I cannot rate them higher! 3 times i have bought cameras over £1000 each. They ship them almost instantly. On my latest order I decided to shop local and go with jessops U.K. man that was a mistake, terrible waiting times and no shipping after 5 days. As a photographer I needed my new camera quickly but jessops had no answer to when they would even ship my camera. I cancelled and bought the same camera with digital Rev and it was at my door 3 days later, all the way from Hong Kong! Brilliant company and fast service. I will skip jessops on my next order and go with these guys again.
How the mighty have fallen!
I’ve used Digital Rev in the past and haven’t had a problem but that was many many years ago. Recently I thought I would use them again and it seems they’ve gone downhill a bit. I made my order #MA1816 with the understanding that things could be delayed due to covid, however to my surprise they did get the order shipped out quickly, which is a tick in their favour. However, I found the parcel being stuck at a DHL facility for some kind of review which I’ve never got. It took a few days to get a response from customer service which was frustrating and I was then told there was some kind of issue with the battery and customs; etc. After a good week, my shipment was back out again and I didn’t receive it for another week or so.
Once the package arrived, of course I was excited, only to find that I was giving the wrong type of power cable for the country that I am living in. My home country was clearly Ireland and I was given either a US or other EU power cable. Frustrated once again, I’ve contacted customer services and again replies are slow. In their defence they did send me a new one, however, after 5 days of tracking info not working on Royal Mail’s website, I contacted them yet again.
I’ve now been told that once my parcel is at the singapost facility, I’ll be able to track it. Went to the singapost website and found that the parcel hasn’t even reached their facility, it’s now been another 5 days and still no movement.
Contacted them once again with full on anger at the situation. They told me due to delays of covid and so on, it could take a while but they’ll offer me €25 to buy a power cord locally. Great, that works, if it wasn’t for the shipping and customs that would eventually bump the price up to €35 anyway.
Overall, this company was once great but it seems they have slacked over the years which I’ve found. Recently I’ve used Einfinity and they seem a better choice to go with.

I am very happy with DigitalRev Store! My most recent purchase was a Canon EOS R6 body (bought from them before two lenses without any issues) and received it around 4-5 days later, but unfortunately, it was a faulty body (problem with the motherboard). Had to take it to Canon Repair Centre and they quote me more than 400 pounds for the repair and they said that it's a genius product but it's not meant to be sold in this area of the world so the warranty won't cover the repair. But Digital Rev didn't let me down and told me to go ahead with the repair and they refund me the amount of money I spend on repairing the body to the last penny! So a big thank you to DigitalRev and will shop again from them with confidence.

Excellent service and value for money
I first heard of DigitalRev in September 2019 when I received advice from a professional photographer. He strongly recommended DigitalRev as a reputable company that gives good value for money. In particular their prices are very competitive, compared with companies based in the UK. I delayed for 20 months, partly due to the pandemic, partly to give me time to save up the cash for a new camera. I’m only an enthusiastic amateur, but when Canon launched their new expensive R5 mirrorless camera last autumn, I decided that this was the one I wanted, along with two of their best supplementary lenses and a range of accessories.
I explored the DigitalRev website and found that every item I might want to order was ‘in stock’. But I still had a number of queries about my options and sent persistent messages to them via their ‘chat line’. As soon as they realised I was serious and intending to place a big order, I had an excellent exchange of emails with an individual consultant who was extremely helpful. I’ll avoid naming her to protect her from being deluged with enquiries from everyone who reads this!
At the back of my mind I’d been a bit wary of falling victim to an internet scam, but I now know for sure that DigitalRev is a company I can trust. I have received excellent personal attention from their Customer Care Department and, by arranging to make payment by ‘international transfer’ rather than by credit card, I have been given an additional discount. The equipment was paid for on Wednesday 5 May and delivered by ‘UPS Worldwide Services’ in three well packaged parcels – for security they didn’t put ‘all the eggs in one basket’ - on Monday 10 May. I was able to track the delivery all the way from Hong Kong to my doorstep. In the event the door bell rang half an hour earlier than expected! As a result of the excellent 5 star service provided by DigitalRev, I have no hesitation in recommending them to UK customers as suppliers of photographic equipment.

Order Cancelled
Ordered an SL2-S only for it to be cancelled a day later. I assume this is because they were actually out of stock? Poor communication in the email, the website should be updated - even 3 days later, it still shows that it’s in stock.

Amazing company.
I have purchased several lenses from DRev and I simply cannot fault their service and communications... fast and efficient with peace of mind that the goods I paid a lot of money for was trackable from the minute it was sent to actual delivery.

Cancelled my order, then increased the price by £100
I have used Digital Rev several times over the last few years, and been very happy with the service. Unfortunately my latest experience was not good. I was looking for a specific lens which had just come out, and was delighted to find Digital Rev had it in stock. On the basis of my positive experiences with them in the past, I ordered it immediately. The order was confirmed, but after three days I got an email saying the order was cancelled as their stock was running low. It was still listed as in stock at the time, although this was amended. I was still keen to buy the lens, so I checked their website every day, and after a few days it was in stock again - with a £100 increase in the price. Fine - I'll just buy it elsewhere.

Generally a good buying experience for a camera that was discontinued and not found elsewhere. I took off one star because the store spent a week reconfirming my payment and address before they would ship. Shipping was fast, less than a week from HK to USA. Note that if a manufacturers international warranty is important to you, they may only provide their one year store warranty. I would definitely purchase from this store again.
Please be aware!
Please be aware when dealing with these guys. Have ordered an item. Bank cleared the payment but they have hold the funds for more than one 1 week without any notice and not delivered or processed the order. They have issued a refund AFTER I have contact them in regard with my order. Very unreliable and very unhappy with their customer service & services.

Very happy - R6 delivered
Ordered the new Canon R6 and a 15-35mm lens to go with it. Saved hundreds of pounds and got it before I could get my hands on any in the UK. Very good service and great value!
Outstanding Experience
At first I was a bit wary and wasn’t sure what to expect. Nonetheless, I decided to order a Sigma 105mm 1.4 lens for Canon and I could not be happier with my experience shopping with DigitalRev. I’m not sure if you are able to choose your sales representative, but Cecila Cheng was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I ordered on 08/10 and my lens arrived here in Los Angeles on 08/14, three days ahead of the expected delivery date. The lens package was wrapped in about two inches of bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. I have nothing bad to say about their service or merchandise, and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.
I was suprised to find the fuji camera…
I was suprised to find the fuji camera i wanted on DigRev for well under the retail price. I thought it was to good to be true. It finally came in, brand new as advertised. I was happy. The shipping stated it would be in the US sooner but i was okay with 2weeks. Thx!
