No reason to use anyone else.
I've used Cyberweld for a couple of years now ever since I took over running our shop. Ordering from Cyberweld is easy, and generally they have everything I need. Occaisionally, some items have been out of stock, but with todays supply chain issues that is understandable. I have on several occaisions talked with customer service and found them to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. I see no reason to use anyone else for my welding supply needs.

Good price, poor service.
Received order confirmation March 20th, called up and was informed the warehouse had not fulfilled my order yet for unknown reasons. The lady on the phone while kind took down my phone number and stated she would call me back. Have not received that call.
Good price on the MIG gun. Shipping indicated 2-3 weeks, and I planned jobs around that schedule. Hope to get this corrected soon.

This purchase went extremely well ordered it on a Wednesday evening got the package Friday afternoon perfect unlike last time I ordered and it took 10 days Which probably would’ve been OK if I had gotten notification that they were temporarily out of stock on a certain item but I received no notification just took 10 days which in this day and age seems to be unacceptable but everything worked out so I’m happy good job CyberWeld
