I ordered 8 packets of Whiskas milky treats on the 17/9 following my Siamese’s dental the previous month I was advised to give softer food- so I paid £11.59 and a week later I received 1 packet of them I complained and got told that it was a common error and they then sent me 1 more packet but as I needed some positive result I bought from a different supplier and complained and so far they’ve sent me nothing and I think it’s time they acted abit more responsibly

I had purchased 3 Indorex Defence spray through Amazon and waited to be deliver to me by Monday ,31 july 2023. It was attempted delivery on 29 july ,05pm ish...and after nothing happened....I have choosed Tesco Parcel to pick it from there,cheked 3 days in a row... and it is Wednesday,02 august late evening and all freezed with my delivery from Hermes Evri, company in charge for this delivery....Is it Amazon in charge to receive this parcel or ???!!!Am I going to receive it ?????!!!!!!No idea.....

EDIT - No ones really sure what happened but Garry reached out, apologised & sent me a replacement which arrived safely. He seemed genuine, really polite & i appreciate him rectifying the situation.

First order & I've heard absolutely nothing after contacting them 5 TIMES!!
Yes.. 5 times via email, social media, contact forms etc.
It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order for important prescription medication.
Nothing, no order, no response.
So upsetting.

Ordered Drontal xl for my 4.2kg cat and paid via Amazon and then this lot cancelled my order saying my cat was not big enough despite their own product description stating it’s for 4kg to 6kg cats!!! Also they won’t give my money back for 5 to 7 working days!! How am I supposed to afford to buy the wormer I need for my cats now? Outrageous.

I have used Black Cat Medicines several times over the last couple of years to buy Lubrithal for my dogs eyes.I always find they are the cheapest and now don’t even bother looking to see if still the case as their price so far has stayed the same. Item always arrives before the time given and never had an issue with what I have bought. Thank you Black Cat Medicines for providing an excellent service at competitive price.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLACK CATS MEDICINE TO YOU.
I'm in desperate need of medication for my Yorkie, who is about to give birth at any minute, and I made the terrible error of getting it from Black Medicine. On the night of May 19th, I paid for the fastest 24 hours delivery option available and supposed to receive the medication on 21st May.
I sent them an email in the morning of 20th , explaining that I absolutely need it delivered right away.
I have yet to get the shipment as of today, May 24th, but Hermes informed me that I might receive it on 25th May.
Why? Because Black Cat Medicines delivered it through Hermes, which is now Evri, which has the cheapest and slowest delivery time of 3-5 working days.
Black Cat Medicines who deal with the health of pets should be ashamed.
Do not purchase from them.

Love this company and have used them for years. Delivery is pretty much on point and product prices are very competitive. Not sure why they're linked to amazon now though.

My order with this company turned into absolute shambles.
I ordered a flea spray from them last week with the promise of delivery on the 10th October.
It never came. I contacted them and they promised me on the 12th that they'd send a replacement next day... so for the 13th. This never came.
They sent a dodgy tracking number but wouldn't explain which courier it was so it was a useless number.
They then told me to go check the Royal Mail delivery office (the tracking number is not a RM one so why go there?) even though they didn't confirm they could see via the tracking a delivery had been attempted.
So during COVID they asked me to go out to a delivery office who they didn't deliver with to then ask them where my parcel is even though I didn't have a delivery note or anything showing a parcel of mine had been in their possession.
They then wouldn't answer my questions regarding the tracking and courier etc and just said again 'I'll send out a replacement :)'.
All of their messages was unhelpful with smiley faces... are they 12 year olds?
So the second time they said they were sending a replacement... well what happened to the initial order? What happened to the first replacement?
They were honestly so unhelpful.
Reported to Amazon.
Just be transparent with customers and stop trying to kill us with kindness by not answering our questions and just responding ':)'. You're not 12. Respond to messages properly.
