I've been with this company since the first Kossel printers.
I would like to share my opinion about the company.
This is the best product on the market, with a simple and smart design. Yes it has bad marketing, but I love their product.
I am not ready to switch to another product, because I know that if I have any difficulty, I can always contact technical support and quickly get a solution to the problem.
Their printer is very convenient to modify with the help of a large community, there is a very enthusiastic audience here, they can always help.
I have a few printers in my fleet - Delta Kossel Plus, Mega X, Kobra S1.
These are my best purchases, they cover all my needs, I am engaged in small-scale production of individual orders for the repair of small household appliances and also completely designing new projects for tools for boards and equipment, cases and redesign of old cases.
I recommend this company for many years of support and the release of new products at an adequate price.

I had an issue with a product I bought a couple months ago. One email explaining and showing the issue the support agent, Nelson, was able to get me a replacement part and a video on how to replace the broken part. no cost to me. So far a good experience with Anycubic
Excellent customer care service
I've bought Photon mono M7 pro for my dental practice. There was some minor inconvenience, that customer care service was just exceptional, they took care of it immediately. The team is very supportive and operative, I think the printer will be as good.

The support team was vary usefull. We were able to trouble shoot the issues and get the replacement parts sent out. Not a fan on the time frame for the the shippment but I do understand that it is comming international.

I use several Anycubic devices and have been very satisfied over the years. Product updates come at regular intervals and bring new improvements. The support is also extremely impressive. Problems are dealt quickly and easily. Last support was answered and solved in less then 24h! If replacement parts are needed, they are provided without any hassle. I am extremely satisfied with Anycubic and their products—thanks to their excellent support, I have absolutely no complaints. Top manufacturer!

, given that the Kobra 3 is already outdated. If something breaks, their support will quickly send it over to you so you don't have extensive downtimes. Yes the printer could be better, but for the money spent, it's really something you can grow on. Plus the multicolor capabilities are great.
