Faulty item received, bad communication after and then promised a full refund and didn’t get it - overall disappointing

I had a very disappointing experience with the AC Milan online store.

I ordered a jacket as a gift for my partner, but it arrived faulty with a missing button. After several back-and-forth emails with customer service, I was clearly assured (in writing) that if I returned the item, I would receive a full refund including the £18 delivery charge.

I returned the item as instructed, but when the refund was processed, the £18 delivery cost was not included. Despite having written confirmation, I am still out of pocket.

The communication throughout was poor and frustrating. I had to repeatedly chase for a clear answer, and even when I finally received one, it was not honoured.

What makes this more disappointing is that I fully intended to repurchase the jacket, as my partner really liked it. However, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering again.

Very poor handling of a faulty item and unreliable customer service.

Very poor quality of product

Very poor quality of product. Standard text of sponsoring came loose in first week after purchase. Not the printed name or number. But the text that's on every shirt. Clearly a manufacturer mistake. Only auto-reply from customer support. Or no reply at all. No possibility to call them. No solution. Money thrown away

Prices of each item are higher at check-out

I made my order with items worth for circa 150 euro, with online payment. It was written that I don't have to pay any shipping costs. When I go to the checkout, suddenly each item is 3 euro or 4 euro more expensive. So at the end if I wanted the items, I had to pay circa 20 euro more + 10 euro shipping costs. Which means the price went up by 30 euro. When I tried to contact the online store, the e-mail address simply doesn't exist anymore. Afterwards I tried contacting a general e-mailaddress, but they haven't replied at all. I really wanted these items, so it feels like a loss for both sides of this purchase... But I also don't understand why a brand like AC Milan isn't handled more professionaly...

I ordered a RL10 oversized hoodie on…

I ordered a RL10 oversized hoodie on Monday 6-1-2025. Not only hadn’t they given it to UPS, but also where lying by saying it is has been sent. Finally, they were not responsible to support until I contact customer service live chat. They did sent me a package 23 days after which had a xmas jumper wrong size and they are yet to respond.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a AC Milan Xmas jumper but was too big for my partner so sent back via UPS. They then sent an update to say at the Italy end the box had become tampered with and nothing was in the box. They sent a claim to AC Milan but nearly 4 weeks later they are still yet to respond and not getting back to me either. Will never order from there again. Terrible terrible company

Disappointing Experience with Store.ACMilan.com: Major Error and Poor Customer Service

I ordered a personalized jersey as a gift, with the name RONALDINHO. To my disappointment, the product arrived with the name misspelled as RONALIDNO. I contacted customer service requesting a correction, and their response was disheartening: they offered a mere $18 refund for the personalization (out of a $115 total order) and a 10% discount on my next purchase. Do they genuinely believe anyone would reorder after such a significant error and poor service?

I explained that this was a gift and that the mistake rendered it unusable, asking for a proper resolution. However, after a week, they completely stopped responding. To make matters worse, I never even received the promised $18 refund.
Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this store to anyone expecting quality service or professionalism.

Customer service is the worst I have…

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered the new 125 year shirt, unfortunately in the wrong size, so roughly 2 hours later (this is at night) I realise this, write to them to cancel the order, because I have already ordered it in the right size. They refuse to cancel the order, and send it anyways. So now I have to pay to send it back, and wait aprox. 30 days to get the refund. I am appalled that the club I support, treat the fans this way. Especially around such a financially hard month as December.

I am appalled and honestly dumbfounded that they think this is an acceptable way to treat fans.

Don't buy directly from the Milan store, as they don't have any regards for their customers and fans.

Received jersey and the letters were…

Received jersey and the letters were coming off before my son had a chance to wear it. He was so excited to receive it and now can't even enjoy it. Still waiting for a response from customer service. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
This weekend, I ordered a football jersey with a player’s name on it. I accidentally selected the wrong size. Within 5 minutes, I contacted your support via the contact form, requesting a cancellation so I could place a new order. I received a reply saying that nothing could be done once the payment had gone through. I responded, explaining that the payment hadn't even been processed yet, nor had it been reserved. But still, no help was offered...
The fact that you can’t even maintain proper communication with your customers is unacceptable. At the very least, provide a phone number for contact.
You’ve just lost a customer.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought shoes online and they're website said they had the fulfilled the order however their delivery partner never received the item from them. Customer service were no help. Completely ignoring mails and providing me with no update. Reading the reviews it's clear this is a common practice. Imagine a huge football club like AC Milan scamming people out of their hard earned money. Absolutely disgraceful...they should be ashamed

20 years of support to be treated like this

Ordered 2 custom shirts have been ordering from here annually for 20 years have not received my order have been fighting it for a month have been told twice my refund is pending however as I hadn't received my refund and was worried I followed up and they said once we receive the order back we will refund you. How can I send something I did t receive back absolute joke with the customer service aswell multiple calls and promises left unfulfilled leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as I have paid out thousands of pounds and 20 years of support to this club how can customers be treated like this DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE BUY FROM PUMA OR ANYWHERE ELSE

If I could give 0 to this scam website…

If I could give 0 to this scam website I would. Sent 8 emails to cancel and refund my order as I saw all these reviews still no response from customer service. It is NON EXISTENT and I paid nearly $300 how does a club this big handle things this way? Please people stay away from this scam as I am now having to go to my bank to get my money back since they won't answer or refund me. Joke club and customer service.

No customer service

SCAM! Ac Milan store didn’t send my order and didn’t return all my money back

I bought things for 332€ (3898 Swedish krones)
And after one week of waiting for them to send it I got this mail “”order number”was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded” from nowhere
A week later after I order it and now I’m without a birthday gift and top it all off I lost money on it
It cost me 3898kr (swedish krones) and i got back 3735kr (swedish krones)
They literally hustled me. It’s outrageous

That’s what u get from your club u support it’s unbelievable…
