The unit we rented was much smaller…
The unit we rented was much smaller than we exected with the result that we are now renting two units at a cost of over $800 a month when we expected to have a much bigger one unit for $500 plus.We must reduce the contents of unit No 2 so we can fit into one unit.Disappointing really.

Hi Jacqueline, thank you for bring this to our attention. At Storage King, we always aim to go an extra mile and deliver a great experience. On arrival, our staff has provided the 13.8sqm storage that was initially booked online. However, following the discussions with Removalist, it was agreed an extra storage is required for all the goods to go in storage. Having said that, our staff also willingly stay back almost 2 hours to assist with the move in. Once again, we really appreciated your review and your feedback is important to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can assist.
