Facility close to us. Office staff very helpful. Clear instructions to enter and exit premises. Use of free trailer. Promotion $1 first month. Clean premises and use of trolley to move goods from vehicle to lockup.

Appalling breach of security
Appalling breach of security . 40 units broken into and very poor follow up communication . Precious family items stolen. No real clear plan given or updates from the company . Onsite staff were really great in the induction process but are clearly woefully understaffed . A terrible experience unfortunately made worse by no real concrete follow up plans to mediate the situation
