I had a positive experience with my rental. The storage area was clean the people extremely helpful and I will use the same storage facility for any short term needs. If I could offer one complaint it would be they allow you to use there loading van to move your stuff in which is great as it is covered keeps your belongings dry if it is raining but when taking things out you must find your own transportation. The day I was exiting it was raining and some of my things were damaged. I believe this is unfair and that this policy should be changed.

1- The doors are hard to open on my unit, somehow the structure is shifting and I'm finding it more and more difficult to open the door.
2- They've switched the entrance and exit, to separate areas, which is now more dangerous than ever, because the exit is now directly on street, at a blind angle, which I'd be shocked to hear, there's hasn't been any accidents or at the very least, close calls! By the time the door opens, you have no idea if someone's coming...wait and the door will close up on your car, go and you could get hit by an oncoming vehicle.
3- The rental fees continue to increase repeatedly, usually without any or little notice, while the quality decreases!
PS: I'm NOT, referring to the staff.

My experience was great. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful as this was a very stressful time for me. They explained everything and again when I asked the same thing again ( yes I was stressed). If I ever need a storage unit again this is where I would go.

We have been a reliable long term customer for many years. The increase in rent in each of the past two years is forcing us to look elsewhere for a similar space. You will be loosing the kind of customer that is difficult to find.

Access is 24/7 with the outside code. Warm and dry inside. Staff when they are on duty have been friendly and helpful. If it is convenient to your travel route they are definately a good storage facility.

Staff on site at the surrey location near Scott road and 72ave are very friendly and nice.
Facility was clean and good quality.
Access and safety were excellent.
My only negative was the savings you kept telling me about and when I inquired it was clear there were no savings. Your promotions are misleading. No point telling me each month about these phantom savings and wasting my time to look into it only to find out its BS. I don’t really want or need a savings but don’t dangle it in front of me and tease me only to let me down when I inquire. You already had my business so I don’t understand why you continued to annoy me with the silly savings spam.

Everything are good . One comment, don’t park company truck in the bay. That reduceing customer parking spot.

I have had been dealing here for close to 4 years and I have had excellent service and there has been peace of mind as no issues of any kind. I know my valuables are safe.

I’ve been storing my things at Storage for Life for years and really like it. The facility is easy to access because it’s located next to the Trans Canada Highway. The building is clean and it feels safe to visit even in the evenings. I like that my storage locker and the fact that it is heated. Great job!!!

Very clean units. Incredibly helpful staff. Easy access location with 24 hour lockdown security. My unit is in Kamloops, BC and I appreciate their professionalism.

Was good. Little bit of online hassle when paying but ladies were nice and easy to work with. Always resolved my issue.
