TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Container Storage is not rocket science.
You select the site, accept a quote and sign up.
Easy
EXCEPT with the Ivybridge site you are handled by a lady called Charlotte that has no perception of the phrase customer service..
Perhaps my living in the Middle East for over 30 years has clouded my judgement as there you are valued and people treat you with tolerance & respect.
I terminated my agreement early due to this lady constantly hassling, yesterday whilst driving a 44 Ton HGV on the M1 she would not get off the phone despite me telling her twice I could not speak etc.
DISASTER.
My advice is go elsewhere
