Ordered four of the cain barstools in…Mink Cain Stools
Ordered four of the cain barstools in mink velvet fabric. They arrived in three days as promised. The quality of the stools is superb. They look and feel beautiful. They are extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend these strongly enough nor the company.

What great service
What great service. These days I almost expect to be disappointed as I have been let down on numerous occasions by different companies, so my expectations are generally not overly high. But it's always nice to be surprised.. Not only did Stools & Chairs have the items I specifically wanted, they were cheaper than their competitors and sent them out with free delivery! I wasn't expecting them until the next working day, being the Monday as I ordered on a Friday, and also to my surprise they arrived the very next day which was a Saturday. Brilliant.
I later enquired about the same chair in a different colour which they don't stock, but Zoe at stools & Chairs kindly emailed me and said they'd be happy to try and get them even though they're not part of their collection. I wish all companies did business like you.

Lovely barstools
I ordered my stools then realised I hadn’t got the 5% off for being a new customer. I emailed the company who kindly refunded me the 5%, before my stools arrived I was checking out the colour on the website and noticed my stools had been reduced in the black Friday sale. I hadn’t even received them and they had been reduced already, I was gutted and very disappointed. I contacted the company and again they refunded me the difference, they were extremely helpful. My stools arrived yesterday and are beautiful, they are very good quality and I love them, i wouid totally recommend this company for their service and their products

Very pleased with service received
Very pleased with service received. Ordered some chairs… paid for next day delivery , this didn’t happen due to it being missed. However, this was quickly refunded. Had an issue with one of the bolts on a chair, replacement bolt sent again… very quickly.

Excellent service from Zoe
Excellent service from Zoe. There was an incorrect colour chair sent as the box was labelled the wrong colour. Zoe sorted the exchange very promptly. The bar stools were really easy to assemble and are lovely quality.
