The good quality chairs that were Delivered on time

I have not yet received my order to give a review. I was expecting to receive my order on Wednesday and it will be delayed by 6 more days. Very disappointed .

I received wrong colour bar stool and I have been tried to contact them via email few times. They don't answer the phone. Any recommendations? Thank you.

The stool I ordered arrived on time. When I unpacked the seat had been squashed by the base which left a massive indentation. I wasn't able to contact customer services...the phone cut me off after an 11 minute wait. I emailed and included photos but still no reply. The stool is beautiful and after two days has 75% returned to normal. I would have bought again from them but won't be due to careless packing and poor customer service

WARNING!! Do not purchase anything from these cowboys. The chairs arrived damaged and I have contacted them numerous times and nothing has been done. I'm now having to go down the route of getting my money back via my bank and have to go to the trouble of taking their unusable chairs to the dump!!! Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time or energy ordering from them!!

Just received another Bar stool, very reasonable price and really good quality, the delivery was really quick, I recommend this Company, so very pleased thank you.

I have ordered 2pcs of Monaco Barstool Grey on 23rd Aug and they were delivered to my flat on 31st Aug. The delivery is efficient. However, the products came with poorly-made screws and screw holes (on the stool legs) and they were so badly made that I were not able to screw up the legs and stands. They were completely not lined up. They are the faulty products. I keep calling the customer service tel no. but the line is often busy. I have managed to talk to their hotline staff once on 6th Sep but she told me I would be in touch once their transport manager had sorted out the product return arrangement. However, I have not received their reply and follow-up call yet.

Ordered 4 stools, 3 came with incorrect fittings (screws) all were bad to erect screws short not tight. All 4 have to be altered to be safe to sit on. Very poor

Order a couple of days longer that quoted but really happy with the purchase. Quality for the price was exceptional worth the slight delay. Will buy again

Stools are great, perfect height, very comfortable and look lovely. Only gave 4 stars due to an issue with delivery, did speak to a lady called Millie she was helpful and sorted it. Would order again from here.

Arrived quickly and safely. Easy to follow instructions and quick to build. Good quality chairs at a good price. Only slight issue is the seat is quite small.
