Dont usually leave much reviews but this team deserves more than the review I am leaving. Both Ryan and Steve were professional, approachable and extremely thorough throughout the process.
The Level 3 survey was detailed, clear and highlighted a number of important issues which would otherwise have been difficult to identify before purchase. The bank had actually did not raise any issues during their valuation as the deposit was over 10 per cent and they are rightly concerned about their own security.
I particularly appreciated the practical explanations and the fact that the report went beyond simply listing defects and explained the potential causes and further investigations required.
Communication was very good and the service gave us a much clearer understanding of the property before making such a significant commitment. Also the repoert was provided within 48 hours.
I would genuinely recommend them (eyes closed) for everyone looking to purchase a property.
