This review is regarding the EXCELLENT customer service that StoneTooling.com provides. I ordered a coupling membrane (5 large rolls of it) and it was shipped to me for free. After I received it, I wasn't able to use it because I had to go with a different type of flooring due to some last-minute foundation issues that were discovered. I had already had it for several weeks and though it was still in the return timeframe, I was going to be responsible for shipping it back. I feared it would be a lot out of pocket because of the size/weight of the rolls. I reached out to the seller to ask for suggestions about the least expensive shipping method and they were so nice to provide me with prepaid labels to return the product and issued me a full refund! Scott went above and beyond to get the labels sent to me. It took some time because I had already started the return on Amazon.com and he had to contact their online customer service to get things sorted out in order for me to receive the labels.
Thank you, Scott for all of your help with getting this resolved. This totally made my day and relieved a lot of stress! If I ever have a need for any of your products, I will definitely buy from you again and refer your company to friends/family members as well! Thank you so much!!🙂
