Great fast service
Stones Boatyard were very quick to package up my item and it arrived within about 3 days which was very fast! Hannah one of the staff there even included a handwritten postcard along with the product which I thought very thoughtful.

Stones Boatyard was recommended by a friend who knew I was looking for a Yeti Roadie 24 2.0, I contacted Katie and asked about the cooler and ice, and the possibility of having them delivered for a specific day, all handled in a friendly and efficient manner and at a very good price. The cooler arrived this morning with a ‘good reliable courier’ as expected it is an excellent product and it was nice to have a little card inside from Stones Boatyard with a personal message, just reaffirming the excellent customer service, trust pilot don’t do six stars, but if they did Stones Boatyard would get them for this purchase.

A slightly overdue review :)
A slightly overdue review, but a well-deserved one!
Kate was absolutely fantastic in helping me decide which Yeti cooler would be best for my hen do. She was kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making the whole decision process so much easier.
When my Yeti Roadie arrived, I was touched to find an extra-special yeti wine mug included as a gift, along with a lovely handwritten note from Kate wishing me a great hen do. It was such a thoughtful personal touch and really made my day.
I'm pleased to report that the Roadie was worth every penny! I took it to my hen do at Green Man Festival in August, and it performed brilliantly all weekend. It kept everything cold throughout the festival and ensured our cocktails stayed perfectly chilled.
