We are sorry you have not received your sample stone as yet. We did send it out by Royal Mail & we rely on them to deliver. I would buy from Stone Traders again.
The staff at Stne Traders, Woking were polite and helpful. The paving slabs were laid out as paving which was so much better than seeing just an individual slab. Delivery was very efficient.

Fantastic service all round!
A great experience when upgrading my patio recently. Stone Traders were recommended to me and I was so pleased with their service. Great show area with lots of stone and porcelain to choose from and at competitive prices. Staff are all great from the sales chap I first met, the yard and delivery guys and my thanks especially to Karen who managed it so well from end to end and when I had to delay delivery. I am very pleased with my Kandla Grey stone patio which looks fantastic!

Excellent service, beautiful products and a friendly, professional approach.
It has been a great experience working with Karen and her team. We had a large terrace and pool surround to refurbish on multiple levels and Stone Traders worked with us and our builders to ensure the best results.
The service was friendly and very responsive and the delivery driver was equally helpful.
Exactly the kind of service you hope to get when you need the help of experts at what they do.

Great product and helpful staff. I have used their Indian sandstone paving and cobbles. The work looks lovely after installation. The staff, at West End, was always very helpful each time I visited them.

We use Stone Traders for ALL our Patio needs. I never use anyone else. Deliveries always out on time, the drivers are fantastic. Always receive delivery timescale updates. The entire team are so helpful and a real pleasure to liaise with, they are so helpful a real nice bunch. They are informative, they help my customers directly when they come to visit the show area (Which is so fanatic and impressive to our customers)
I literally cant fault them in anyway and would HIGHLY recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
