Best customer service since a long…

Best customer service since a long time. I ordered some nice wool fabric. Unfortunately, the color differed significantly from the swatch I had ordered previously. I asked customer service if there was anything we could do to fix it and got a quick response and my money back. I've ordered quite some times from Stoffe Hemmers and sure, sometimes it takes some time to receive things and I've had some bad luck with missing fabric, but after a positive customer service experience like this I will for sure keep ordering from them. It's nice to know if something goes wrong it can be fixed.

Clearly going out of business

Clearly going out of business, do not buy from them or you’ll risk being deliberately ripped off. Even before the state they’re in now they were only slightly competent.
