Shoes are great , shipped in a timely manner , however the box that the shoes were shipped in was halfway open. The packing tape came off or was pulled off.

I ordered two items separately and now I am being told I owe $499 and $394 in import charges. All I am being told is I need to pay it and I will get a partial refund. It states on my invoice and all over your site that all duties and fees are included. And yet you still do not want to help me. This is how you treat your customers?
